于样品管及标准管中各准确加水至[size=10.5pt]lmL[size=10.5pt]，摇匀，放入冰浴中，沿管壁加入[size=10.5pt]2mL 0[size=10.5pt]．[size=10.5pt]5[size=10.5pt]％[size=10.5pt],[size=10.5pt]对二甲氨基苯甲醛一[size=10.5pt]硫酸[size=10.5pt]溶液，使其沉至管底，再将各管同时摇匀，放入沸水浴中加热[size=10.5pt]15min[size=10.5pt]后取出，立即放入冰浴中冷却，并立即各加[size=10.5pt]2mL[size=10.5pt]水白酒杂醇油标准，摇匀，冷却。[size=10.5pt]L0min[size=10.5pt]后用[size=10.5pt]lcm[size=10.5pt]比色杯以零管调节零点，于波长[size=10.5pt]520nm[size=10.5pt]处测吸光度，绘制标准曲线比较，或与标准色列目测比较定量。[size=10.5pt]
