Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of IPO, M&A and advisory assignments including the preparation of documents, announcements, circulars and opinion letters required under the Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code
Assist in conducting due diligence work
Coordinate with other professional parties including lawyers and accountants in the execution of assignments
Conduct research, perform financial analysis and build financial models
Prepare pitch books
Requirements
Requirements:
Degree holder preferably in Accounting, Finance, Law or other related disciplines
Strong analytical and good interpersonal and presentation skills, highly-motivated and able to work independently
Good command of written English and Chinese
Good command of spoken English and Putonghua
One year of relevant working experience is preferred
Fresh graduates will also be considered
