（1）Support CTC team to maintain basic product information access system.
（2）Provide detailed product information and images to CTC team for customs declaration.
（3）Collection of product information for sample declaration.
2、Manage Product Warranty and Quality Claim process.
（1）Asia Warranty and Quality issue: Be the contact window for Asia quality issues.
（2）built quality issue library.
3、Product Info Maintain.
Maintain and provide product information to Omni-channel, especially for EC platform for Website set up.
2、Good English, both oral and written.
3、Good computer operation skill, proficient on Microsoft Office, particularly on Excel.
4、Able to work under pressure with multiple tasks.
工作地点：上海市静安区南京西路
薪资福利：税前12k*13薪，五险一金，补充医疗保险，带薪年假
合同：一年一签
