经过前两天的接机、开营仪式及课程学习后，志愿者们与来自13个国际友好城市的营员都慢慢熟悉起来，中外同伴间也正在以他们的方式融入丰富多彩的课程与活动安排中。
在中国，茶是传统饮料中不可或缺的一员，茶艺也是中国一项重要的传统文化。一拨，一转，一提，一放，优雅和宁静尽体现在这一项项步骤中。
走进教室，一股茶叶的清香混着茶具的陈香扑面而来。伴随着这令人心神宁静的香味，志愿者们带领着营员一起学习中国的茶文化，体会茶的魅力。
一位来自斯洛伐克的营员在体验茶文化后说：“在我们国家，人们经常喝果茶，在体验过中国传统茶后，我觉得也很好喝，和我国家的茶叶很不一样，更加清淡一些，我很喜欢中国的茶。”
带着外国营员一起用中文说：“一起来喝茶吧！”，这句话不仅是课程的结尾，更是我们希望对营员说的话，“一起来喝茶吧！”，一起友好地交流，一起体会不同的文化，相互理解，共同进步。
古人用毛笔写出绚烂诗篇，现在我们用毛笔以及字体文化构建国际的友谊桥梁。毛笔作为一种书写工具，具有久远的历史。学习如何写毛笔字，不仅能更好地了解中国古代文学，更能欣赏不同的字体，诗画作品。
苏东坡说：“把笔无定宽，要使虚而宽。”要了解毛笔就需要知道如何握笔。经过老师的细心指导和营员以及志愿者的积极配合，大部分营员都学会了如何握毛笔。
屏幕上汉字的演变历史，甲骨文、小篆、隶书再到现在流行的楷书，一幕幕的历史仿佛在眼前如电影一般放映。营员们在志愿者和老师的帮助下在书签和扇子上写下长乐二字，再敲上红色名章，将中方的热烈友情和殷切祝福送到千里之外的国度。
同学们在老师的指导下，将一张普通的白纸剪出绚丽多姿的图案，感受到了剪纸艺术的浪漫与魅力。经过一番努力，每位同学都收获了一张精美的剪纸作品，也收获了对中国传统文化的更深理解与认同。
当然，除了茶艺、书法、剪纸课程以外，中国画、功夫扇、陶艺、汉服、舞龙等中国优秀文化课程继续延续前一天的精彩，感受来自中国传统文化的独特魅力。
博物馆&豫园
从起源之谜到演化之道，营员和志愿者携手参观了上海自然博物馆，从久远之前开始了解自然知识。
探索宇宙的未解之谜，畅想神秘的地外生物。思索生命登陆的原因，在古兽生境经历哺乳动物的演化，去自然之窗了解七种生态系统。种种有趣的参观项目，不知不觉间营员和志愿者的关系也更上一层楼。
上海，这座充满历史与文化底蕴的城市，吸引了众多游客前来探访。在这座城市里，上海博物馆成为了同学们的文化探索热门目的地。通过参观上海博物馆，同学们深入了解了远古动物与人类起源的知识，激发了同学们对中国古代文化的浓厚兴趣。
同学们沉浸在历史的海洋中，通过一件件珍贵的文物和展品，了解了中华人民的丰富多彩的文化。书法、瓷器、货币印章、服装………同学们感受到了时间的沉淀与历史的变迁。此次参观不仅丰富了同学们的知识储备，也激发了他们对历史的探索欲望。
走进豫园，欣赏着绚丽多姿的中式建筑，漫步在九曲桥上，感受到了中国传统园林的独特魅力。品尝特色小吃的过程也让同学们体验到了地方文化的魅力，加深了对中国传统美食的了解与喜爱。
全身心投入夏令营的课程与活动学习已有两日，丰富的内容与安排让大家收获颇丰。在亲身参与与体验中，我们又一次深入地了解了中国文化的丰富内涵与历史底蕴；我们的外国小伙伴们也在全身心地参与与学习，感受中华文明的博大精深。

Chinese Tea Art
In China, tea is an indispensable part of traditional drinks, and tea art is also an important traditional culture in China. Elegance and tranquility are reflected in each step, with every move, turn, mention, and release.
Entering the classroom, a faint fragrance of tea mixed with the Chen fragrance of tea utensils rushed towards me. With this tranquil fragrance, the volunteers led the campers to learn about China's Tea culture and experience the charm of tea.
After experiencing the traditional Chinese Tea culture, a camper from Slovakia said, In our country, people often drink Fruit tea, after experiencing traditional Chinese tea, I think it's also very delicious. It's very different from the tea in my country, and it's more light. I really like Chinese tea.
At the end of the course, the teacher organized the Chinese vocabulary we learned in class. Let's have tea together! "This sentence is not only the end of the course, but also what we hope to say to the campers. Let's have tea together! "Let's have friendly exchanges, experience different cultures, understand each other, and progress together.
Chinese Calligraphy
The ancients used brushes to write brilliant poems, but now we use brushes and font culture to build international bridges of friendship. As a writing tool, the brush has a long history. Learning how to write brush characters can not only better understand Ancient literature, but also appreciate different fonts, poems and paintings.
Su Dongpo, a famous poet of Song Dynasty of China, said, There is no fixed width for a brush, but to make it empty and wide. To understand a brush, one needs to know how to hold it. After careful guidance from teachers and active cooperation from campers and volunteers, most campers have learned how to hold a brush.
The evolution history of Chinese characters on the screen, from oracle bone inscriptions, small seal script, official script to the popular regular script now, is like a movie in front of us. With the help of volunteers and teachers, the campers wrote the word "Changle" on bookmarks and fans, and then stamped red badges to send the warm friendship and sincere blessings of China to countries thousands of miles away.
Paper-Cutting
Students could cut a piece of ordinary white paper into colorful patterns under the guidance of teachers, which they can feel the romance and charm of Paper-Cutting art. After lots of efforts, each student has gained a beautiful Paper Cuttings work, as well as a deeper understanding and recognition of Chinese traditional culture.
Besides, traditional Courses of Chinese Painting, Kungfu Fan, Han-style Clothing, Chinese Pottery and Chinese Dragon Dance are also supply for each day and campers could feel the unique charm of Chinese traditional culture in practice.
Museums & Yu Garden
Shanghai Natural History Museum
From the mystery of origin to the way of evolution, campers and volunteers visited the Shanghai Natural History Museum together to learn about nature long ago.
Explore the unsolved mysteries of the universe and imagine the mysterious extraterrestrial creatures. Thinking about the reasons for the landing of life, experiencing the evolution of mammals in ancient animal habitats, and going to the window of nature to understand seven ecosystems. Various interesting visiting projects have unconsciously elevated the relationship between campers and volunteers.
Shanghai, a city full of history and cultural heritage, has attracted many tourists to visit. In this city, the Shanghai Museum has become a popular destination for students to explore culture. Through visiting the Shanghai Museum, the students had a deep understanding of the origin of ancient animals and human beings, which stimulated their strong interest in ancient Chinese culture.
Shanghai Museum
Students immersed in the sea of history and learned about the rich and colorful culture of the Chinese people through precious cultural relics and exhibits. Calligraphy, porcelain, currency seals, clothing... students have experienced the sedimentation of time and the changes in history. This visit not only enriched the students' knowledge reserves, but also stimulated their desire to explore history.
Yu Garden
While in Yu Garden, the students enjoyed the splendid Chinese architecture, walked on the Nine-turn bridge and felt the unique charm of traditional Chinese gardens. The process of tasting specialty snacks also allowed students to experience the charm of local culture, deepening their understanding and love of traditional cuisine.
We have enjoyed and immersed the camp for 2 days, which made us gain a deeper understanding of the rich connotations and historical heritage of Chinese culture. What’s more, our foreign partners are also participating and learning wholeheartedly, feeling the broad and profound Chinese civilization.
