6月28日，由联合国工业发展组织上海投资与技术促进办公室（UNIDO上海ITPO）和内蒙古伊利实业集团股份有限公司联合主办，虹口区商务委支持的“食品行业绿色低碳和低水足迹研讨会”在虹口北外滩成功举办。UNIDO上海ITPO主任赵晓蕾、伊利集团副总裁赵昕、上海市虹口区商务委主任伍志勇出席，40多位来自食品领域相关产业链领军企业和权威机构代表参加活动。
本次论坛是继UNIDO Global 2022全球颁奖典礼后，由获奖企业和UNIDO上海ITPO共同举办的产业技术创新和国际合作对接活动之一。赵晓蕾主任在致辞中对赞扬伊利集团持续为社会创造价值、带来美好的愿景与联合国工业发展组织包容与可持续产业发展的发展理念十分契合。今天食品领域龙头企业在北外滩相聚，共同“谋话”绿色发展和创新方法，助力实现联合国可持续发展目标，必将成为业内佳话。
作为UNIDO Global 2022全球30强案例企业和本次论坛的联合主办方，伊利集团更是在2023“联合国水大会”召开期间发起的低水足迹全球倡议“LWFi（Low Water Footprint Initiative）”行动计划正式获批，同时伊利也成为首家承诺和获批加入联合国《水行动议程》（UN Water Action Agenda）的中国企业。伊利集团副总裁赵昕在致辞中表示，作为行业领导者，伊利探索了“碳足迹+水足迹”的“双足迹”解决方案，主动承担社会责任，带领产业链上下游的合作伙伴，迎难而上，积极探索，实现可持续发展。
作为论坛的支持方，伍志勇主任对虹口营商环境与合作机遇作推介。他表示，自北外滩起势以来，全球企业纷至沓来，总部经济加速集聚，共同助力打造北外滩国际级消费集聚区。当前，虹口正在全力打造商业商务双驱动平台，持续赋能企业与载体同频发展，希望更多高能级企业到虹口投资兴业，关注北外滩、走进北外滩、扎根北外滩，共享区域发展新机遇。
来自食品行业的学者、企业家代表围绕“食品行业的低碳和低水足迹的可持续发展”进行了研讨。农业农村部食物与营养发展研究所副研究员刘锐发表了题为“践行大食物观 推可持续事务系统建设”的主题演讲，引出了食品行业的可持续发展的启示。中建国际集团的崔雁翔博士作为UNIDO Global Call 2022 农业食品领域冠军项目代表，介绍了中建国际集团在有机资源回收方面的创新技术。UNEP-同济大学环境与可持续发展学院责任教授王洪涛围绕“可持续水资源管理”进行了分享。隆基绿能科技股份有限公司昔小博总监带来了分享了光伏电力在实现SDG7能源和SDG13气候变化相关目标方面的重要性。
上海能誉科技股份有限公司董事长黄志波、优然牧业副总经理姜广军、CDP（全球环境信息研究中心）中国区副总监李蜚、宁波威澜新能源有限公司副总经理徐少海、必维国际检验集团副总裁邹凤贤、工信部中国信通院上海工创中心副总工程师李韩军、南京磁谷科技有限公司胡浩、利乐包装（中国）有限公司戴丹作为圆桌嘉宾，围绕食品行业各方面的低碳技术进行了精彩分享。对话环节由中欧碳中和创始人刘国桢主持。
论坛上，36家战略伙伴和4家权威机构宣布加入低水足迹倡议并进行了相关签约活动。

This forum is one of the industrial technology innovation and international cooperation matchmaking activities jointly organized by the award-winning enterprises and UNIDO Shanghai ITPO after the UNIDO Global 2022 Global Award Ceremony. In her welcoming speech, Zhao Xiaolei praised Yili Group's vision of continuously creating value and bringing goodness to society, which fits well with UNIDO's development philosophy of inclusive and sustainable industrial development. Today, leading companies in the food sector met on the Bund to discuss green development and innovative approaches to help achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals, which will certainly become a good story in the industry.
As a UNIDO Global 2022 Global Top 30 case company and co-organizer of this forum, Yili Group even launched the Low Water Footprint Initiative (LWFi) during the UN Water Conference 2023. Yili Group was also the first Chinese company to commit to and be approved to join the UN Water Action Agenda. Zhao Xin, Vice President of Yili Group, said in his speech that as an industry leader, Yili has explored the "dual footprint" solution of "carbon footprint + water footprint", taken the initiative to assume social responsibility and led its partners up and down the industry chain to rise to the challenge and actively explore ways to To achieve sustainable development.
As a supporter of the forum, Mr. Wu Zhiyong, the director of the forum, introduced the business environment and cooperation opportunities in Hongkou. He said that since the start of the North Bund, global companies have been coming to Hongkou and the headquarters economy is accelerating, helping to build an international consumer cluster on the North Bund. At present, Hongkou is making every effort to build a dual-drive platform for business and commerce, continuously empowering enterprises and carriers to develop at the same frequency. Liu Rui, Associate Researcher of the Institute of Food and Nutrition Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, delivered a keynote speech titled "Practicing the Big Food Vision and Promoting the Construction of Sustainable Affairs System", drawing inspiration from the sustainable development of the food industry. Dr. Cui Yanxiang from CIG, as a representative of UNIDO Global Call 2022 Agri-Food Champion Project, introduced CSCI's innovative technology in organic resource recycling. He shared his views on "sustainable water management". Xie Xiaobo, Director of Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. brought shared the importance of photovoltaic power in achieving SDG7 energy and SDG13 climate change related goals.

The dialogue session was hosted by Liu Guozhen, founder of China Europe Carbon Neutral.
