中国进出口商品交易会，又称广交会，创办于1957年春，每年春秋两季在广州举办，由商务部和广东省人民政府联合主办，中国对外贸易中心承办，是中国目前历史最长、规模最大、商品种类最全、到会采购商最多且分布国别地区最广、成交效果最好、信誉最佳的综合性国际贸易盛会。
China Import and Export Fair, also known as Canton Fair, was founded in the spring of 1957. It is held in Guangzhou every spring and autumn. It is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the People's Government of Guangdong Province, and hosted by China Foreign Trade Center. It is a comprehensive international trade event with the longest history, the largest scale, the most comprehensive variety of commodities, the largest number of buyers, the widest distribution of countries and regions, the best trading effect and the best reputation in China.
2020年以来，在全球新冠肺炎疫情持续蔓延、国际贸易受到严重冲击的形势下，广交会因时而变，连续三届在网上举办。在全球经济复苏缓慢、国际贸易增长乏力的情况下，第133届广交会吸引了来自220多个国家和地区的境内外采购商登记参展，一期闭幕时累计进馆人流已超过126.1万人次，创历史新高，出口成交128亿美元。
Since 2020, the Canton Fair has been held online for three consecutive sessions due to changing times amid the continued spread of the novel coronavirus pandemic and its impact on international trade. Amid a slow global economic recovery and sluggish growth in international trade, the 133rd Canton Fair attracted registered buyers from more than 220 countries and regions. By the end of the first phase, the total number of visitors to the fair had exceeded 1.261 million, a record high, and the export volume reached US $12.8 billion.
广交会自创办以来，始终坚持改革创新，历经各种严峻考验从未间断，加强了中国与世界的贸易往来，展示了中国形象和发展成就，是中国企业开拓国际市场的优质平台，是贯彻实施我国外贸发展战略的引导示范基地。经过多年发展，广交会已成为中国外贸第一促进平台，被誉为中国外贸的晴雨表和风向标，是中国对外开放的窗口、缩影和标志。
Since its inception, the Canton Fair has always adhered to reform and innovation, and has never stopped going through various severe tests. It has strengthened trade exchanges between China and the world, and demonstrated China's image and development achievements. It is a high-quality platform for Chinese enterprises to explore the international market, and a guiding and demonstration base for implementing China's foreign trade development strategy. After years of development, the Canton Fair has become the number one promotion platform for China's foreign trade, known as the barometer and weather vane of China's foreign trade, as well as the window, epitome and symbol of China's opening up.
