SIAL 世界三大食品展之一 ——SIAL 国际食品展（上海），由法国高美艾博展览集团携同旗下北京爱博西雅展览有限公司主办，每年5月在中国上海浦东举办。

SIAL International Food Exhibition (Shanghai), one of the three major food exhibitions in the world, is organized by the French Gome Expo Group and its subsidiary Beijing Aibo Xiya Exhibition Co., Ltd. It is held in Pudong, Shanghai, China every May.

自2000年登陆中国以来，SIAL 中国系列国际食品展吸引了全球70多个国家和地区的4万家参展企业，展品覆盖饮料、乳制品、休闲食品、方便食品，粮油果蔬肉类食材，调味品等21大品类。

专业观众来自全球100多个国家和地区，覆盖食品进出口商、经销商、批发与零售商、超市与综合卖场、酒店餐饮等多领域，人数超过100万。

Since its landing in China in 2000, the SIAL China series of international food exhibitions have attracted 40000 exhibitors from over 70 countries and regions around the world. The exhibits cover 21 categories, including beverages, dairy products, leisure food, convenience food, grains, oils, fruits, vegetables, meat ingredients, seasonings, and more.

The professional audience comes from over 100 countries and regions around the world, covering food importers and exporters, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, supermarkets and comprehensive stores, hotels and catering, and more than 1 million people.

2023年SIAL国际食品展介绍

本届展会将设立包括：休闲食品馆、综合进口食品馆、绿色农业馆、肉类及冷冻食品馆，粮油和调味品馆、方便食品馆、高端饮品馆、乳制品和大健康食品馆在内的八大主题馆，以及协会政府组团展区。

This exhibition will set up eight theme pavilions, including leisure food pavilion, comprehensive imported food pavilion, green agriculture pavilion, meat and frozen food pavilion, grain and oil and seasoning pavilion, convenience food pavilion, high-end drinks pavilion, dairy products and health food pavilion, as well as exhibition area for government groups of the Association.

同期还将举办十大论坛及峰会：包括：全球新零售峰会、食品供应链论坛、食品投融资峰会、营养健康食品新风潮、进口食品行业峰会、全球乳业合作论坛、中国餐饮新风潮论坛、国际肉类大会、电商平台招商大会、IP授权论坛。

八大活动赛事，包括：创新大赛、美食厨房、健康饮食二十一道菜、名厨盛宴、咖啡活动、鲜生活、直播逛展。持续释放思想新高地，中国大市场，全球大平台的核心商业价值。

Ten major forums and summits will also be held during the same period, including: Global New Retail Summit, Food Supply Chain Forum, Food Investment and Financing Summit, New Trends in Nutritional and Healthy Food, Import Food Industry Summit, Global Dairy Cooperation Forum, China Catering New Trends Forum, International Meat Conference, E-commerce Platform Investment Conference, and IP Authorization Forum.

Eight major event events, including: Innovation Competition, Gourmet Kitchen, Healthy Diet 21 Course Dishes, Famous Chef Feast, Coffee Event, Fresh Life, and Live Exhibition.
