2月16日,优衣库母公司日本迅销集团总市值达到10.87万亿日元,超过了ZARA的母公司西班牙Inditex集团,首次成为全球服装行业的市值榜首。此后两天,迅销集团股价涨势不停,2月18日开盘,股价大涨4%,市值再创历史新高。
东京股市近日火爆,带动迅销集团市值不断攀升。不过,从根本上看,公司股价的良好表现还是因为有经营业绩作为支撑。迅销集团财报显示,在受到新冠肺炎疫情影响的情况下,公司在2020年9月至11月营业利润同比增长23%。公司表示,营业利润增长的重要原因是优衣库在日本和中国市场有突出表现。截至2020年11月,优衣库在中国大陆拥有791家门店,仅次于日本本土,公司在大中华地区的营业利润率达到14.4%,高于日本本土的13%。相比之下,ZARA在亚洲的门店仅占2成左右,约7成门店位于欧美,经营业绩受疫情影响较重,Inditex集团失去服装行业全球市值第一的位置,也就不算意外了。

German sportswear maker adidas plans to sell or spin-off its underperforming Reebok brand, 15 years after it bought the U.S. fitness label to help compete with arch-rival Nike.
