Valmet is the leading supplier of textiles and accessories for feeders, flatwork ironers and folders used in the laundry industry. Most of the world’s laundry machine manufacturers are equipping their new machines with Valmet Laundry Products (earlier known as Fanafel Laundry Products).

Grey Feed Belt

Our regular WHITE 100% Polyester feed belts might become dirty easily during the installation, because the technician often has greasy hands from the oil on the mechanical parts, or might have dirty hands from the dust within the ironer.

Grip Belt

We have developed a heavier Grip Belt, which offers more stability: FANAGRIP TSC-H 77/25.150.2.TC1M.SC of 1500 g/m2 and a thickness of 2,5 mm.

Roll Cover

To improve the grip on the roller of an automatic feeder, we can now provide several grip levels.

We have chosen to provide the REINFORCED ANTISTATIC COTTON BELT (already with a conductive yarn and Polyester reinforcement on the edges) with an auto-adhesive tape on one side to wrap in spiral on the roller. Often used on the top roll of the folder.
VALMET PERFORMANCE
FLAKES WAX
高性能薄片蜡粉是一种高性能润滑蜡，工作温度可高达220摄氏度（薄片）。
PERFORMANCE FLAKES WAX is a high performance lubricant wax for working temperature up to 220ºC(Flakes).
这种蜡装在纸筒中交付。纸筒里的蜡片装在透明的塑料袋里。这样，对蜡片具有最大的保护作用，可防止外界温度和湿度变化，以及运输过程中的意外影响。
This wax is delivered in drum. Inside the drum, the wax is packed in a transparent plastic bag. In this way the wax has maximum protection against temperature and humidity variations and also to accidental impact during manipulation and transport.
