该设备是在覆胶钢丝圈上进行三角胶贴合 (& 包布) 的完全集成系统。整线从三角胶挤出、冷却、存储、贴合（包布同步导开、贴合和裁断）到贴合后的钢丝圈收集、存放和小车转运全部自动化操作。产品生产范围广，可实现不同尺寸、不同结构的钢圈三角胶贴合（& 包布）。
In the tire manufacturing system, the bead is a core component that bears the tire's structural strength and ensures air tightness. The quality and efficiency of the apex application and flipper wrapping processes directly determine bead performance and overall production capacity.
To address industry-wide pain points such as poor adaptability to multi-specification production, heavy reliance on manual labor, and wide fluctuations in application accuracy, the Fully Auto Apex Application (&Flipper) Production Line adopts a fully integrated automation solution, delivering a new intelligent upgrade scheme for bead processing procedures.
It’s fully integrated system for apex application and flippering on rubberized bead wire.The entire process from apex extrusion, conveying, cooling, storage, application (synchronous action of flipper let-off, application and cutting) to apexed bead collection, storage and trolley transportation is fully automatic. The system is with wide production range, uniform apex application (&flippering) performance for different bead wire size and structure.
