On June 13, 2026, the Canton Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand successfully hosted a promotional event in Auckland, highlighting five major China-New Zealand economic and trade cooperation projects. During the event, Dr. Howard Long, Secretary-General of the Canton Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand, and Shu Liu, International Promotion Affairs Manager at the International Communication Department of the China Foreign Trade Centre, provided an overview of the 140th Canton Fair to the attending guests and extended a warm welcome to New Zealand buyers.

During the previous 139th Canton Fair, the Chamber successfully organised a delegation of 54 local New Zealand buyers across three phases. We assisted these enterprises not only in discovering a vast array of new products but also in establishing direct, highly fruitful relationships with premium suppliers. This year, our service system has been comprehensively upgraded, shifting our core focus from merely "touring the exhibition" to actively "facilitating highly efficient partnerships."

• Oct 14 (Arrival & Ice-breaking):
Arrive in Guangzhou. Enjoy a VIP private airport transfer to the designated Canton Fair partner hotel, where buyer badges will be conveniently issued directly in the lobby. The afternoon features an introduction to local Guangzhou culture, followed by an official welcome dinner in the evening. (Note: Arrival by 10:00 AM is required; should you need to arrive early, the Chamber can assist with additional accommodation arrangements.)

• Oct 15 (Day 1 of the Fair):

上午于展馆内进行商务洽谈；下午统一乘车前往粤港澳大湾区头部新能源企业（涵盖储能设备、光伏或新能源电池领域）进行深度考察与对接。
• Oct 16 (New Energy Industry Day):
Continue business matchmaking at the exhibition centre in the morning. In the afternoon, the delegation will take a private coach to conduct in-depth visits and networking at top-tier new energy enterprises (covering energy storage equipment, photovoltaics, or new energy batteries) in the Greater Bay Area.
上午于展馆内进行商务洽谈；下午前往广州本土知名新能源车企（如广汽埃安或小鹏汽车智造基地），参观现代化智能流水线，并就海外市场战略进行深入交流。
• Continue business matchmaking at the exhibition centre in the morning. Spend the afternoon visiting renowned local new energy automotive manufacturers (e.g., GAC AION or XPENG Motors smart manufacturing bases) to tour modern intelligent assembly lines and exchange insights on overseas market strategies.
上午于展馆内进行商务洽谈；下午探访人工智能行业标杆企业，实地体验AI技术在商贸及生活场景中的前沿应用。
• Continue business matchmaking at the exhibition centre in the morning. Visit benchmark artificial intelligence companies in the afternoon for an immersive experience of AI applications in commercial and daily life scenarios.
企业可自行安排车辆进行实地验厂（Factory Tour），或在广州市区进行自由商务活动。展会闭幕后行程正式结束，商会将提供送机服务，代表团搭乘航班返回新西兰。
• Participants may arrange independent transport for factory tours or enjoy free time for business activities in downtown Guangzhou. The itinerary officially concludes after the closing of the fair. Airport transfer services will be provided for your return flight to New Zealand.

Visa Convenience:
Under recent policy updates, holders of ordinary passports from New Zealand and Australia are eligible for a 30-day visa-free entry into China (please verify specific applicability conditions when booking your flights). To ensure our buyers can focus entirely on product sourcing and business negotiations, the Chamber will provide a one-stop logistical support package and dedicated tour leader services throughout the trip.

五晚高端酒店住宿（含早）、机场至酒店往返专车接送、广交会采购商证件办理、酒店至展馆每日往返穿梭巴士、本地高新企业参观对接服务，以及专属领队全程陪同。
