本次活动我们有幸在千红生化制药股份有限公司进行职业探索，该公司在国内生化制药行业取得了许多优秀成果，同时拥有一套完整的企业文化，励志成为国内外有竞争力的大型生物医药上市公司。

We are fortunate to conduct career exploration at Qianhong Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. A leading player in the domestic biochemical pharmaceutical industry, it has reaped fruitful achievements and built a complete corporate culture, aiming to become a major competitive listed biotech pharmaceutical company worldwide.

通过相关人员的讲解，我们了解到此公司主要专注于消化酶制剂、多糖类药物、抗肿瘤药物等领域的研发与生产。在工作人员带领下，我们参观了原料提取、纯化、制剂等生产环节。透过密闭车间的玻璃窗，我们看到自动化设备在精准运转，感受到了制药过程中精密的控制节点和严格的质控标准。

After interviewing relevant staff, we learned that the company mainly focuses on the R&D and production of digestive enzyme preparations, polysaccharide drugs, anti-tumor drugs and other products. Guided by its employees, we toured the production processes including raw material extraction, purification and preparation. Through the glass windows of the enclosed workshops, we observed automated equipment operating with high precision, and got a clear sense of the sophisticated control points and strict quality control standards throughout pharmaceutical production.

在与企业研发人员的面对面交流中，我们了解了一般新药从实验室到上市所经历的主要阶段：

During face-to-face discussions with the company's R&D personnel, we learned about the major stages a new drug generally goes through from laboratory development to market launch:

1. 临床前研究——进行体外实验和动物实验，评估药效、毒理及安全性。

Preclinical research: Conduct in vitro and animal experiments to evaluate efficacy, toxicology and safety.

2. 临床试验（Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期）——在人体上逐步验证药物的安全性和有效性。

Clinical trials (Phase I, II and III): Gradually verify the safety and efficacy of the drug in human subjects.

3. 上市审批与Ⅳ期临床——提交注册申请，上市后持续监测不良反应。

Marketing approval & Phase IV clinical trials: Submit registration applications, and continuously monitor adverse drug reactions after the drug is launched.

在探索的过程当中，我们深刻地体会到不管是研制药物，还是公司经营，都需要极强的专业性，生物医药行业既需要扎实的专业知识，也需要耐心、责任感与团队协作精神。这些真诚的分享让同学们深刻体会到，一份职业不仅是谋生手段，更是服务社会、守护健康的使命担当。

During our exploration, we have gained a profound insight that both drug research and corporate management demand an extremely high level of professionalism. The biomedical industry requires not only solid expertise but also patience, a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit. These sincere sharing sessions have enabled the students to deeply understand that a career is far more than a means of making a living — it embodies the mission and commitment to serving society and safeguarding public health.

探索虽然短暂，却让我们得以一窥一个真实的生物医药世界。从课本里的化学方程式到车间里的生产线，从实验室的试管到患者手中的药品——这些距离在我们的认知中被重新丈量。

Though our visit was brief, it offered us a glimpse into the real world of biomedicine. The gap between chemical equations in textbooks and production lines in workshops, as well as between test tubes in laboratories and medicines in patients' hands, has taken on a new meaning for us.
