APPLICATION
宽幅胶板挤出压延 (复合) 生产线，是一种集成了挤出和压延、复合三大工艺的连续化、自动化生产系统。主要由销钉冷喂挤出机、宽幅机头、两辊压延机、宽度厚度测控系统、自动供料系统、自动温度控制系统、自动冷却机构、自动贴合系统、自动卷取系统等组成，根据工艺设定，可定制化生产、热复合和冷复合两种不同生产工艺的专用设备。
An integrated, automated production system combining extrusion, calendering, and compounding processes. Comprises pin-type cold-feed extruders, wide-die heads, two-roll calenders, and automated control systems for width/thickness, feeding, temperature, cooling, lamination, and winding. Supports customized production with both hot and cold composite options.

The Wide Sheet Extrusion-Calendering Line enables high-efficiency continuous production of premium rubber sheets and rolls featuring extra width, heavy gauge, high compactness, precise thickness control and glossy surface finish. Primarily applied to various products such as conveyor belts.
