岗位职责

Conduct and advance research on the design, synthesis, and characterization of supported organometallic catalysts and activators for olefin polymerization
Develop new supported catalyst and activator systems with high efficiency and selectivity towards making novel high performance polyolefins that increase their material properties
Conduct research on organometallic mechanisms, kinetics of polymerization, and process
Utilize advanced characterization techniques of the organometallic complexes and polymer products using NMR, FTIR, chromatography, AFM, TEM, SEM microscopy
Utilize statistical methods for experimental design and analysis of results for data driven decision making

岗位要求

PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related field. Strong background in particle forming processes using organometallic compounds is highly preferred Background in organometallic synthesis, catalytic reaction design and mechanistic investigations is preferred.
Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills required
Excellent experimental design and data analysis interpretation capabilities
good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading and writing English technical materials
Good communication and teamwork skills
