5）依据不同物料特性,不同规格机器产能在每小时3000-15000以上。

·Compatible with cartridges , vials and pre-filled syringes.

·Optional equipment: Automatic outer bag opening machine, Automatic inner & outer paper removing machine

·Nest syringes with filling accuracy up to ±0.5% at maximum

·It support quick changeover for pre-filled syringes of different specifications

·Depending on material types and machine configurations,the capacity is from 3,000 to over 15,000 pcs/h.

预充式导管冲洗器灌装生产线

(Pre-Filled Syrings Flushing Production Line)

1）支持多规格（3ml，5ml，10ml）冲洗器快速切换；

2）由预灌封、装盘机、分巢机、灯检机、拧杆贴标机、储料线、枕包机组成。实现全自动灌装、运行稳定、精度高。产能可达每小时12000支。

·It supports quick switching for flushing devices of multiple specifications:3ml, 5ml and 10ml.

·Composed of filling, tray loading, nest separating, visual inspection, rod screwing & labeling, material storage and pillow packaging units. It realized fully automatic production from materials to finished goods and features stable operation with high precision.capacity up to 12,000 pcs/h.
