Originally known as the Jiangsu Branch of China National Chemicals, Machinery, and Minerals & Metals Import & Export Corporation, it was one of the first provincial-level specialized foreign trade companies established after Jiangsu’s ports opened to international trade. In 1996, the company participated in the formation of High Hope Group. In 2023, it was integrated into Jiangsu Soho Holding Group.It is now the core entity of the pharmaceutical sector within Soho Holding Group.
