The Consulate General of the Dominican Republic in Shanghai, under the leadership of Consul General Mr. Carlos Mendieta, had the honor of representing the Caribbean paradise, the Dominican Republic, at the World Breakbulk Expo (WBX), one of the most prominent international events in the field of breakbulk cargo, project logistics, maritime transport, and handling of heavy industrial cargo.
多米尼加共和国驻上海总领事馆在总领事卡洛斯·门迪埃塔先生的领导下，荣幸地代表加勒比天堂——多米尼加共和国参加了世界散货博览会（WBX），这是散货、项目物流、海运和重工业货物处理领域最著名的国际活动之一。
The WBX annually brings together in Shanghai shipping companies, ports, freight agents, logistics providers, and businesses connected to strategic sectors such as infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, and large-scale industrial projects. This important platform promotes networking, business cooperation, and the promotion of innovative logistics solutions for oversized and non-containerized cargo.
WBX 每年都在上海汇聚航运公司、港口、货运代理、物流供应商以及与基础设施、能源、制造业及大型工业项目等战略领域相关的企业。这一重要平台旨在促进网络搭建、业务合作，并推动针对超大件及非集装箱货物的创新物流解决方案的推广。
The Consul General was accompanied by Commercial Vice-Consul Ms. Dhara Vargas, reaffirming the diplomatic mission’s commitment to strengthening commercial relations and identifying new opportunities for cooperation between the Dominican Republic and the People’s Republic of China.
总领事由商务副领事达拉·巴尔加斯女士陪同，这再次表明外交使团致力于加强商业关系，并探寻多米尼加共和国与中华人民共和国之间开展合作的新机遇。
