展会结束,撤展的那一刻,真正的战争才刚刚开始。

很多外贸人常犯的错误是:在展会上像打了鸡血一样收名片,展后却因为没有及时跟进,让名片变成了“死数据”。据统计,展会后24-48小时是跟进的“黄金窗口期”,超过这个时间,客户对你的记忆曲线将呈断崖式下跌。

如何在这一刻抢跑对手?为你整理了一套包含邮件、WhatsApp及“起死回生”策略的全场景跟进SOP。

核心法则:跟进前的“三不”原则

在按下发送键之前,请务必默念这三条铁律,避免无效努力:

1.  不群发:绝对不要使用“Dear Friend”或完全一样的模板。提及一个具体的细节(如对方穿的衬衫颜色、讨论过的某个痛点),回复率会翻倍。

2.  不拖延:时差是敌人。利用展会结束当晚或第二天一早发送邮件,利用“记忆余温”。

3.  不废话:客户展后邮箱是爆满的。主题行要像“标题党”,正文要像“电报”,行动号召要像“红绿灯”一样清晰。

第一战场:邮件营销——分层击破

不要把所有客户混为一谈,根据现场意向度,我们将跟进分为三个等级。

A类:高意向客户(现场询价/要样品)

主题:Great meeting you at [展会名称]! Follow-up on [产品名称]

It was a pleasure meeting you at the [展会名称] last week and discussing your needs for [提及客户感兴趣的产品或项目].

发了邮件没回复?别慌,80%的订单是在第5-12次接触中达成的。这是一个标准的“5步跟进法”。

发送上述的A/B/C类初始邮件。

第2封(3-4天后)—— 礼貌询问
