《AI时代的婆罗洲生物多样性摄影展》是一场关于时间、自然与科技之间对话的视觉呈现，由砂拉越自然与野生动物摄影师 Bruce 策划创作。Bruce 生于1993年8月，自10岁起便与野生动物结缘，在热带雨林的陪伴中成长。自然不仅塑造了他的童年记忆，也成为其生命中持续探索的精神原乡。2021年，他正式踏上野生动物摄影之路，以镜头作为凝视世界的方式，在光影之间捕捉雨林的呼吸与脉动。
他的作品并非单纯的物种记录，而是一种关于存在与共生的诗意叙述。从灵长类在枝叶间的凝望，到夜色中微小生灵的悄然活动，每一幅影像都呈现出生命在时间流动中的瞬间停驻。在AI时代迅速发展的语境下，本次展览亦思考影像的真实性与未来性，当科技能够重构视觉经验，人类如何重新理解自然的真实？摄影在此成为连接传统观察与数字未来的桥梁。
展览通过沉浸式视觉叙事，引导观者重新审视人与自然之间的距离与关系。它既是对婆罗洲雨林生物多样性的礼赞，也是对生态脆弱性的温柔提醒。透过影像，艺术与科学在此交汇，记忆与未来彼此回应，唤起公众在时代变迁中对自然的敬意与守护之心。
“Borneo Biodiversity Photography Exhibition in the AI Era” is a visual dialogue between time, nature, and technology, conceived and created by Sarawak-based wildlife photographer Bruce Teo. Born in August 1993, Bruce has been in close contact with wildlife since the age of 10, growing up alongside the tropical rainforest that shaped both his childhood memories and his enduring artistic vision. In 2021, he formally began his journey into wildlife photography, using the camera as a contemplative instrument to capture the breath and rhythm of the rainforest through light and shadow.
His works move beyond documentation, they are poetic meditations on existence and coexistence. From the silent gaze of primates among the canopy to the subtle movements of nocturnal creatures, each image suspends a fleeting moment within the flow of time. In the rapidly evolving context of artificial intelligence(Ai), the exhibition also reflects on authenticity and futurity in visual culture, when technology can reconstruct perception, how do we redefine what is real in nature? Photography here becomes a bridge between traditional observation and the digital future.
Through immersive visual storytelling, the exhibition invites audiences to reconsider the distance between humanity and the natural world. It stands as both a tribute to Borneo’s extraordinary biodiversity and a gentle reminder of ecological fragility. Where art meets science and memory converses with the future, the exhibition calls for renewed reverence and collective stewardship of the living world.

生于1993年8月，来自东马猫城古晋。婆罗洲生态掌镜师，砂拉越自然与野生动物摄影师，国家地理拍摄团队成员，BBC 拍摄团队成员，获得多个国际⽣态研究⼈⼠的认可，与多个有关部⻔合作及参与⽣态研究与保护⼯作，提供⽣态研学给与国际学校，婆罗洲实地考察⽣态团旅，多国⽣态保护合作，婆罗洲第⼀位蜘蛛研究⼈员。
自10岁起便与野生动物结缘，在热带雨林的陪伴中成长。自然不仅塑造了他的童年记忆，也成为其生命中持续探索的精神原乡。对大自然与生俱来的热爱，逐步引导他深入探索生态保育工作，尤其是在于蜘蛛、青蛙、蛇类和蜥蜴等的研究中。
2021年，他正式踏上野生动物摄影之路，是个热爱大自然与野生动物的Herping（指在野外寻找爬虫类和两栖类）爱好者，以镜头持续探索的精神原乡，在光影之间捕捉雨林的呼吸与脉动。
