自动化配置详情:

1. 配置带单轴机器人的滑台,负责抓取加热炉输出的棒材,准确送至压力机镦粗工位;

2. 采用平板四轴机器人,完成压力机三个工位间的工件转运作业;

3. 单轴机器人搭载顶出装置及过渡台,实现压力机三个工位的卸料、待料流程;

4. 通过双机器人移动平台,为辗环机提供自动上下料服务;

5. 配备KUKA210机器人,承担环件上下料、卸料及码垛工序;

6. 自动化辅机配套:含废料输送装置;

7. 搭载模具冷却清洗装置,保障作业连续性;

8. 配置毛坯冷却输送线,优化工件冷却流程;

9. 配套码垛托盘等辅助构件,完善码垛作业闭环。

该系统集成现场监控、实时生产指标统计、设备效率分析等核心功能,依托可视化仪表盘,可直观清晰掌握现场运行状态,为生产调度与设备运维提供数据支撑。

After the upgrade, the operational efficiency of the production line has been significantly improved, which can refine the precision of the blank, reduce the turning allowance, improve the utilization rate of steel, optimize the internal quality of forgings, and help customers improve their comprehensive benefits.

Equipment adaptation range and production capacity:

This production line is mainly designed for forging rings with specifications of 5KG-10KG, with a production capacity of up to 240 pieces per hour.

Core features:

Reduce manual input, equip with automatic counting, automatic detection, automatic weighing, and automatic component placement functions to optimize labor costs; In line with the concept of green production, with higher processing accuracy and a balance between material conservation and energy consumption control; Low operational threshold, fully automated operation, strong equipment stability, and long service life.

Automated configuration details:

1. Install a slide table with a single axis robot to capture the bar output from the heating furnace and accurately deliver it to the upsetting station of the press;

2. Use a flat four axis robot to complete the workpiece transfer operation between the three workstations of the press;

3. The single axis robot is equipped with a top out device and a transition platform to realize the unloading and waiting process of the three workstations of the press machine;

4. Provide automatic loading and unloading services for the ring rolling machine through a dual robot mobile platform;

5. Equipped with KUKA210 robot, responsible for loading, unloading, and palletizing processes of ring components;

6. Supporting automation auxiliary equipment: including waste conveying device;

7. Equipped with a mold cooling and cleaning device to ensure the continuity of operations;

8. Configure the raw material cooling conveyor line and optimize the workpiece cooling process;

9. Supporting palletizing trays and other auxiliary components to improve the closed-loop palletizing operation.

The system integrates core functions such as on-site monitoring, real-time production indicator statistics, and equipment efficiency analysis. Relying on a visual dashboard, it can intuitively and clearly grasp the on-site operating status, providing data support for production scheduling and equipment operation and maintenance.
