2025年，在全球医疗器械产业持续加速创新、国际合作模式不断演进的背景下，上海中国国际进口博览会（进博会）再次成为连接中国市场与全球医疗健康产业的重要窗口。
本次进博会期间，洹盈咨询（RP Consulting）携德国合作伙伴 fracto 医疗科技公司创始人 Dr. Laurin Gerdes 博士共同参展，并围绕医疗器械创新、国际合作模式以及中国市场发展趋势，与多方机构和行业伙伴展开了深入交流。通过现场参展、论坛研讨与多层次对话，我们对中国医疗器械产业生态与市场环境有了更加立体而直观的认识。
In 2025, against the backdrop of accelerating innovation in the global medical device industry and the continuous evolution of international collaboration models, the China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai once again served as a key gateway connecting the Chinese market with the global healthcare industry.
During this year’s CIIE, RiverProfit Consulting (RP Consulting), together with its German partner fracto Medical Technology and its founder Dr. Laurin Gerdes, participated in the exhibition and engaged in extensive discussions with industry partners and institutions. Through on-site exhibitions, forums, and in-depth exchanges, we gained a more comprehensive and first-hand understanding of China’s medical device ecosystem and market dynamics.
展会期间，洹盈咨询和德国fracto医疗科技一起与多方机构和行业伙伴展开了深入交流。在合作层面，我们与 BD 碧迪（BD）及瑞士中心等国际机构就医疗器械领域的技术趋势、市场进入策略及国际协作模式进行了探讨。同时，也与来自不同国家和地区的同行机构进行了交流，进一步理解国际企业在中国市场的长期布局逻辑。
在行业交流层面，我们还与闵行区政府、新虹桥国际医学园区、海尔医疗相关高管、闵行生物医药发展有限公司等产业与园区代表进行了沟通，更直观地感受到地方政府、产业平台与企业之间形成的协同机制。
During the exhibition, RP Consulting and fracto together engaged in in-depth discussions with a wide range of institutions and industry partners.
On the collaboration front, we exchanged views with BD (Becton Dickinson) and the Swiss Center, focusing on technological trends, market entry strategies, and models of international cooperation in the medical device sector. We also interacted with peer organizations from different regions, gaining deeper insights into how global companies approach long-term engagement in the Chinese market.
In addition, we held discussions with Shanghai Minhang District governement, New HongQiao International Hospital Park,senior executives from Haier Biomedical and Minhang Bio-Pharmaceutical Development Co., Ltd., which provided valuable perspectives on the collaborative dynamics between local governments, industrial parks, and enterprises.
除企业与技术层面的观察外，本次进博会也让我们更加直观地理解了中国在生物医药和医疗器械领域的科创环境。
从展会中的创新孵化专区，到与园区和平台方的交流，可以清晰感受到：中国相关产业园区规模持续扩大，建设节奏加快，基础设施和配套服务日益完善。在政策引导与市场机制共同作用下，一个更具系统性和可持续性的创新生态正在形成。
Beyond corporate and technological insights, CIIE also provided a clear view into China’s innovation ecosystem in biopharmaceuticals and medical devices.
From innovation incubation zones showcased at the exhibition to discussions with park operators and platform organizations, it became evident that industrial parks in this sector are expanding rapidly, with accelerated development and increasingly comprehensive infrastructure and support services. Guided by policy frameworks and market mechanisms, a more systematic and sustainable innovation ecosystem is taking shape.
