Grapes: Glera grapes
Category: D.O.C. Sparkling Extra-Dry
Vineyards: Wine obtained from selected grapes,grown in vineyards mostly located on hills with a southeast sun-exposure.
Vinification: First fermentation in steel autoclaves under controlled temperature. Second fermentation at low temperatures in steel autoclaves with selected yeasts, according to the Charmat Method.
Analysis data: alc 11.50% vol.
Characteristics:
Colour: pale straw yellow;
Bouquet: delicate, pleasant and fruity with notes of white pear and peach;
Taste: fresh, fruity and good and well-balanced acidity.
Serving temperature: 6 - 8 °C
Serving suggestion: Excellent as an aperitif or accompanied with all fish courses, light appetizers and pasta.
