VARIETY OF GRAPES  Verdeca
SOIL – calcareous medium
textured deep with good fertility
ALTITUDE – 200/500 meters
above sea level, in a hilly area.
SYSTEM OF GROWTH – Espalier trained
with a production of 80 Ql/Ha
PROCESSING OF GRAPES AND
FERMENTATION OF MUST
cold cryomaceration (4°-8° C) and soft pressing.
REFINING AND AGEING OF THE WINE
fermentation of the must in stainless steel containers at a temperature of 15° - 17° for 18 days.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour – transparent yellow, tending towards greenish.
Bouquet - intense aromas with elegent notes combined  with citrus scents. bergamot, peach and apricot but also banana, chamomile and Smelltic herbs.
Taste – fresh and savory. Persistent on the finishreminiscent of almond and apple.
ALCOHOL – 12% vol.

NOTES
Wine produced from hand-picked Verdeca grapes. Excellent as an aperitif or alongside appetizers based on raw fish and shellfish.
Serving temperature 12°-14° C.
