此次葡萄酒晚宴的策划人李美玉女士是中国大陆第一位获得侍酒师协会高级侍酒师认证的女侍酒师，她表示：“凯悦集团卓越的餐饮在酒店行业中久负盛名，而安达仕品牌一直是创新和潮流的先行者。随着中国优秀酿酒师的不断增多，我们的目标是将高品质的中国葡萄酒介绍给新加坡的葡萄酒爱好者。为了实现这一目标，我们从7个地区的8个杰出葡萄酒庄园中精心挑选了代表作。这些葡萄酒大部分以前从未在新加坡市场上销售过，代表了中国葡萄酒的最优秀品质。”

On November 22, 2023, 5 ON 25 in Andaz Singapore joined hands with China’s outstanding sommelier Ms. Meiyu Li to invite the works of 8 outstanding wineries from 7 wine regions in China to present Chinese outstanding wines. It’s a wonderful feast created by the collision of Chinese wines and Chinese delicacies carefully prepared by the restaurant’s chef.
Guiding the evening and curator of the wines is Ms. Meiyu Li, the first female sommelier in Mainland of China to achieve the Advanced Sommelier accreditation from the prestigious Court of Master Sommeliers.“I am excited to have the opportunity to collaborate with Andaz Singapore. Hyatt's exceptional dining has always stood out in the hospitality industry and the Andaz brand has been a forerunner of innovation and trends,” said Meiyu.
“With an increasing number of outstanding winemakers in China, we aim to introduce high quality Chinese wines to the enthusiasts here in Singapore. To achieve this, we have carefully selected premium wines from 8 outstanding wine estates across seven regions. Most of these wines have not been available in the Singapore market before and represent the finest quality of Chinese wines.”
Grace Vineyard, Longting Vineyard, Puchang Vineyard, Tiansai Vineyards, Helan Qingxue Vineyard, Domaine Muxin, Domaine Franco Chinois, Cai Long Lin, China's best boutique wineries appeared at the same venue, presenting a a feast of high quality Chinese wine.

“也许十年前，大家并不知道中国也有酒庄，也生产葡萄酒。但是，在中国葡萄酒人的努力下，中国葡萄酒的品质越来越好，高品质葡萄酒不断涌出。并且，我们也有足够的信心把我们的葡萄酒呈现给世界。也希望大家可以多关注中国葡萄酒，因为中国具有旷阔的土地，多样的产区风格。一个国家可以呈现不同的风土风格，多样的品种及产品类型，我想这是中国葡萄酒相对于其他国家的优势。”宋妍庄主与媒体和嘉宾朋友分享十年间中国葡萄酒的进步。

以自然农法酿制的龙亭珍藏小芒森干白葡萄酒作为晚宴的开场白葡萄酒登场，其迷人的热带水果香气让在场宾客沉醉其中，菠萝、芒果、甜杏、百香果，让饮者置身秋天的果园，馥郁又华丽的酒体是完美成熟度的佐证，圆润甜美的风格足以驾驭一道味型复杂的开胃菜——干炒醋辣猪颈肉。
中国的小芒森种植面积只是霞多丽的五十分之一，干型的小芒森葡萄酒更是其中特立独行的存在，龙亭珍藏小忙森干白的精彩呈现在现场客人心目中留下了深刻印象，建立起中国高品质干白葡萄酒的标准。
"Perhaps ten years ago, everyone didn't know that China also had wineries and produced wine. However, with the efforts of Chinese wine people, the quality of Chinese wine is getting better and better, and high-quality wines are constantly pouring out. And, we are confident enough to present our wines to the world now. I also hope that everyone can pay more attention to Chinese wine, because China has vast land and diverse wine regions and styles. A country can present different terroir styles, diverse varieties, and wine types. I think these are the advantages of Chinese wine over other countries. Owner Song Yan shared the progress of Chinese wine in the past ten years with the media and guests.
Longting Vineyard is located in Penglai, Shandong Province, a paradise on earth. Founded in 2009, it is a traditional Chinese boutique winery. Longting Vineyard adheres to the core concepts of “Reverence for Nature, Prime Quality, Happy Life, Pursuit of Goodness” and follows the principle of "harmony between heaven, earth and man" to craft ecological wines with the characteristics of coastal terroir.
The winery follows natural farming and selective biodynamic methods centered on soil health, and does not use chemical pesticides and fertilizers. Green grass and no-till land promote biodiversity. The four seasons in the vineyard are ecologically integrated, with flowers blooming and birds flocking in large numbers. The sunshine, sand and sea make the vineyards have distinct seasons and a mild climate, which is suitable for the growth of high-quality wine grapes.
Longting Reserve Petit Manseng dry white wine vinified using natural farming methods was served as the opening dry white wine for the dinner. Its charming tropical fruit aromas intoxicated the guests. Pineapple, mango, sweet apricot, and passion fruit made the drinkers enchanted. In the autumn orchard, the rich and gorgeous wine body is evidence of perfect maturity, and the rich and silky style is enough to control a complex appetizer - Crispy Pork Cheek.
The planting area of Petit Manseng in China is only one-fiftieth of that of Chardonnay, and the dry Petit Manseng wine is unique among them. The wonderful presentation of Longting Reserve Petit Manseng Dry White was in the minds of the guests. It left a deep impression and established the standard for high-quality dry white wine in China.
