Selection of the best grapes subjected to cryomaceration for a few hours; the wine obtained is processed methodically Long Charmat with the addition of yeasts and kept at a controlled temperature. It is a vintage product that makes the hints of flowers prevail; on the palate it is harmonious with a balanced aftertaste, with a very thin and persistent bubble, due to the long stay in the yeasts.

Light pressing in steel tanks until the must is extracted. The latter isdecanted with enzymes, then selected yeasts are added andfermented at a temperature of around 18 degrees.
ANALYTICAL DATA: Alcohol 11% vol.
