PROCESSING OF GRAPESAND
FERMENTATION OF MUST
Young wine produced through the white winemaking technique, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature of 13°C in order to enhance the notes of pomegranate and peach.
REFINING AND AGEING OF THE WINE
3 months on the lees.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour-softpink.
Bouquet–fragrant and delicate perfume, with fruity and foralhints of pomegranate, lychee, strawberry and rose.
Taste – full, round, with good acidity. Pleasant, fresh and fruity fnish with marked minerality and sapidity.
ALCOHOL – 12,5% vol.

NOTES
Obtained from Susumaniello grapes vinifed in rosé vinifed in rosé. Excellent with delicate dishes such as white meats, raw fshand fries; perfect as a thirst quencher or as an aperitif.
