湖北工业大学硕士学位论文中西方酒诗中酒文化的对比研究姓名：李晓烨申请学位级别：硕士专业：外国语言学及应用语言学指导教师：贾勤湖 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文I 摘摘 要要 无论是在中国还是西方，自从酒诞生那天起就有了酒文化。酒文化在人们社会生活中都占有很重要的地位，国内外对于酒文化的研究也很多。国内对于酒文化的研究集中在两个方面中西方酒文化差异，酒的自然属性和社会属性，如对于酒器、酒礼和酒德的研究。国外的研究也主要集中在这两个方面，如品酒，餐桌礼仪等，以及文学作品中的酒文化。 本文作者在前人研究的基础上中西方酒文化差异，通过酒诗对酒文化进行了研究。因为，众所周知酒文化的本质是“ 醉”，在醉的状态下人们的思想状态是自由的，个性是独立的。另一方面，作为一种艺术文化思潮的浪漫主义的特点是提倡主观性、重视个性及关注自我意识，这些在意识形态上与酒文化的本质有相似之处。因此酒诗在一定程度上具有了浪漫主义诗歌的特点。由于浪漫主义本身特点与酒文化精髓有相通之处，本文就此对中西浪漫主义的酒诗中体现的酒文化进行对比研究，进一步论证前人的研究结果：中国的酒文化是“ 酒仙” 式的，而西方的是“ 酒神” 式的。
同时探讨了造成差异的深层文化原因，并且提出对中西酒文化的深层理解能够促进跨文化交际。 本文共分为四个部分，第一部分是文献综述，包括酒文化的研究现状，以及本文的研究视角和方法。第二部分介绍酒文化，涉及酒的起源、酒文化的定义及酒文化在中西方的物质文化地位。第三部分介绍浪漫主义，包括浪漫主义思想在中国和西方的起源和发展。第四部分是全文的核心，首先引出酒文化和浪漫主义相结合的产物 —— 酒诗。然后对酒诗中所反映出的中西酒文化进行三个方面的对比研究：祭祀与酒，快乐与酒，愁与酒，发掘出酒诗中“ 酒仙” 精神与“ 酒神”精神的不同体现，从而进一步论证前人的结论。并探讨导致差异的深层文化根源。 关键词关键词： 酒文化，浪漫主义，酒诗，酒仙，酒神湖 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文II Wine in the West and China, as the core of wine , has been an role in ’s life.
