Danfeng Construction Project of Red Wine Culture Theme Hotel
I. Project Overview: Danfeng County has a long history of wine with a high brand awareness, and the industry is now taking shape. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Danfeng County vigorously develops the wine industry and is committed to building the Qinling Wine City. The project relies on Danfeng's grape, estate, landscape, humanities and other resources and creates a large wine field resort integrating sightseeing, leisure, holiday business club, health preservation and entertainment experience and combining surrounding tourism resources, with wine culture experience as the core.
II. Investment Scale and Construction Content: The gross investment is RMB 100 million. In Danfeng County, 2 wine culture theme hotel with a reception capacity of over 3,000 people, and containing catering, accommodation, art performances and other related supporting facilities are built respectively in the Dihua scenic area and Zhulinguan scenic area.
III. Market Forecast and Benefit Analysis: After the completion of the project, each hotel will have an annual sales revenue of RMB 30 million and a net income of RMB 3 million.
IV. Cooperation Mode: Cooperative trading and proprietary trading are both available.
