中国国际中小企业博览会（以下简称中博会）2004年经国务院批准举办，是国内规模最大、规格最高的中小企业国际盛会。历经二十届举办，展会联动全球百余个国家地区参展参会，已经成为世界各国中小企业进入中国、中国中小企业走向世界的重要桥梁，在帮助中小企业开拓市场，推动中小企业国际交流合作，促进中小企业健康发展作出了积极的贡献，得到了参展参会各国政府以及广大中小企业、社会各界的广泛关注和好评。
第二十一届中博会将于2026年9月3-6日在广州举办，由工业和信息化部主办，联合国工业发展组织、印度尼西亚中小微企业部担任主宾方，并与第32次APEC中小企业部长级会议同期举办。中博会以“加强合作，扩大交流，互利共赢，携手发展”为主题，举办开幕式和主题展、专业展、网上中博会和系列主题活动。受委托，我中心负责承办中博会相关主题活动。

Invitation to Thematic Events of the 21st China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair (CISMEF)
To whom it may concern,
Upon approval, the China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair (CISMEF) was first held in 2004. As China’s largest and highest-profile international event dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), it is now inits 21stedition.The Fair draws participants from more than 100 countries and regions across the globe. Acting as a vital bridge, it connects global SMEs aspiring to enter the Chinese market with Chinese SMEs aiming to go global. It has made positive contributions to helpSMEs explore new markets, promoting international exchanges and cooperation among SMEs, and fostering the sound development of the sector. It has garnered widespread recognition and high praise from participating governmentsbodies, SMEs, and all sectors of society.
Hosting by Ministry of Industry and Information Technologyof China, with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small & Medium Enterprises of Indonesia serving as the Co-hosts, the 21stCISMEF is scheduled to take place in Guangzhou from September 3 to 6, 2026. It will be held concurrently with the 32nd APEC Small and Medium Enterprises Ministerial Meeting. Under the theme "Strengthening Cooperation, Expanding Exchanges, Pursuing Mutual Benefit and Win-Win, and Jointly Promoting Development", CISMEF will feature an opening ceremony, thematic and specialized exhibitions, an Online CISMEF, as well as thematic events. Entrusted by the organizer, China Centre for Promotion of SME Development is responsible for organizing these thematic events.
We sincerely invite policymaker, experts, and institutions, chambers representatives and SMEs to participate in this edition of CISMEF to jointly promote exchanges and cooperation among SMEs.
