第二十三届国际粉体、散料、流体加工展览会(IPB 2026)于2026年7月22日至24日在上海世博展览馆举行。展会以“技术赋能·全球联动·产业升级”为核心,汇聚300余家全球展商。本届展会首次设立粉体材料专属专区,正式将碳酸钙、钛白粉、金属粉体及纳米材料等原料纳入核心展示范围。同期重点打造“AI+自动化”行业板块,展示从智能控制到智能检测的全流程解决方案。
The 23rd International Powder, Bulk Solids and Fluids Processing Exhibition (IPB 2026) was held from July 22 to 24, 2026 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. Centered on the theme of “Technology Empowerment · Global Connectivity · Industrial Upgrading”, the exhibition brought together over 300 global exhibitors. For the first time, the exhibition established a dedicated powder materials zone, formally incorporating raw materials including calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, metal powders, and nanomaterials into the core exhibition scope. Concurrently, the exhibition featured a dedicated “AI + Automation” sector, showcasing full-process solutions from intelligent control to intelligent inspection.

Shandong Province is a core province in China’s powder materials and equipment manufacturing sector, with a comprehensive and diverse industrial system. In the field of metal powders, Shandong is home to Asia’s largest metal powder leading enterprise; in new energy electronic materials, Shandong enterprises have achieved domestic breakthroughs in high-end silver powders; in ultra-fine powder equipment, Shandong has produced a number of national-level specialized and sophisticated “little giant” enterprises; in non-metallic mineral powders, Shandong boasts abundant resources and a solid industrial foundation in calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, and other materials. This IPB exhibition brought together a number of representative enterprises from Shandong Province, collectively showcasing their core products and innovative achievements in metal powders, new energy powder materials, ultra-fine powder equipment, and calcium-based new materials.

Shandong Province possesses outstanding industrial advantages in metal powders and new energy battery materials. Shandong Luyin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., established in 1986, is Asia’s largest and globally top-three metal powder leader, with annual sales reaching 220,000 tons and a domestic market share exceeding 30%. Shandong Jianbang Colloidal Materials Co., Ltd. focuses on high-end electronic materials for new energy and semiconductor applications, and is the first enterprise in China to achieve industrialization of high-end silver powder.

Weifang City in Shandong Province is a major industrial cluster for ultra-fine powder equipment. Weifang Zhengyuan Powder Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd., established in 2000, is a national-level high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, development, production, sales, and service of ultra-fine powder equipment, and has been designated by the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology as the province’s only Ultra-fine Powder Engineering Machinery Research Center. Shandong Alpa Powder Technology Co., Ltd., located in Anqiu, Weifang, specializes in ultra-fine and ultra-pure crushing and classification research, powder shape control, and selective crushing. Weifang Jinghua Powder has been deeply engaged in customized ultra-fine powder preparation equipment for 27 years, holding 74 patents including 15 invention patents, with 100% independent R&D of core technologies and products.

Shandong Zhongxin Calcium Industry Co., Ltd. owns self-operated mines with total reserves exceeding 4 billion tons and is one of Shandong’s major calcium-based material production bases.

At this IPB 2026 exhibition, the participating enterprises from Shandong Province demonstrated three prominent characteristics: First, leadership in metal powders and new energy materials—enterprises represented by Luyin New Materials and Jianbang Colloidal hold leading positions in Asia and even globally in the metal powder market, with products such as high-end silver powder achieving domestic breakthroughs; Second, ultra-fine powder equipment technology reaching internationally advanced levels—Alpa’s MQW series jet mills have filled a domestic gap, capturing over 30% of the domestic lithium battery material processing equipment market, with Shandong enterprises achieving 100% independent R&D of core technologies; Third, complete industrial chain with significant synergistic effects—from metal powders and non-metallic mineral powders to ultra-fine powder equipment and intelligent processing solutions, Shandong has formed a comprehensive ecosystem covering the entire powder industry chain.
