As the core load-bearing component of OTR and giant tires, the arrangement precision of steel wires in cross-section and rubber coating quality of bead rings directly determine the load capacity and service life of tires. To tackle common pain points in the forming process of heavy-duty tire bead rings, including limited adaptability to various cross-sections, frequent wire warping and scattering during coating, high reliance on manual labor and low production efficiency, the OTR/Giant tire bead winding system enables high-precision forming of bead rings in multiple cross-section specifications. Featuring high automation, superior precision and outstanding stability, it delivers a mature forming process solution for tire manufacturers.

The equipment accommodates regular hexagonal, oblique hexagonal and other cross-section profiles. The four-axis servo system precisely controls four key mechanisms: winding, wire arranging, lifting and expanding/collapsing, to steadily realize bead forming with different cross-sections and turn counts. Equipped with PLC main control and menu-type touch interface, it supports digital setting of process parameters and quick model changeover, offering tire enterprises a high-precision and highly stable bead forming solution.

高精度排丝，无翘头。

1.高品质：搭载钢丝覆胶后直径实时检测系统，数据可视化展示并支持超差自动报警；配套电动调节式预弯曲装置，确保缠绕过程均匀贴合、无翘头。

2.大存储：配置＞100 米大容量钢丝储料单元，保障钢丝全程恒速通过覆胶工位，大幅降低挤出机启停频次，持续保障覆胶质量。

3.全自动：整线采用 PLC 主控+四轴联动伺服控制系统；配套 Z 型自动切胶补给装置，可自动为挤出机续补胶料，全程无需人工干涉全自动运行。

Precise wire arrangement, free of wire warping.

1.Superior Quality: Fitted with a real-time detection system for coated steel wire diameter to visualize data and trigger automatic alarms for out-of-tolerance conditions. Equipped with electrically adjustable pre-bending devices to ensure uniform fitting without warping during winding.

2. Large Wire Storage: A large-capacity wire storage unit of over 100 meters ensures steel wires pass through the coating station at a constant speed throughout the process. It significantly reduces start-stop frequency of the extruder and consistently maintains stable rubber coating quality.

3. Fully Automatic Operation: The whole line adopts PLC main control plus four-axis linked servo control system. Supported by a Z-type automatic rubber cutting and feeding device, it automatically replenishes rubber compound to the extruder and runs fully automatically without manual intervention.
