China launches consultations on major procurement, tendering and e-commerce reforms

Government Procurement Law (Draft Revision)
《中华人民共和国政府采购法（修订草案）》
Open until 26 July, the draft revision proposes substantial reforms to China's government procurement framework, including measures relating to market access, competition, procurement procedures and digitalisation.
向社会公开征求意见，涉及政府采购制度改革、公平竞争、市场准入、采购程序及数字化采购等内容。意见征求开放至7月26日（星期日）。

Tendering and Bidding Law (Draft Revision)
《中华人民共和国招标投标法（修订草案）》
Open until 30 July, the draft revision seeks to modernise China's tendering and bidding system, strengthen transparency and fairness, and further promote electronic bidding processes.
公开征求意见，重点包括完善招标投标制度、提高透明度和公平性，以及推广电子招投标等内容。意见征求开放至7月30日（星期四）。

E-Commerce Law (Draft Amendments)
《中华人民共和国电子商务法（修正草案征求意见稿）》
Open until 4 August, published by SAMR and MOFCOM, the draft amendments propose changes to platform regulation, compliance obligations, regulatory coordination and cross-border e-commerce governance.
由市场监管总局和商务部发布，重点涉及平台责任、平台经济监管、跨部门协同监管及跨境电子商务等内容。意见征求开放至8月4日（星期二）。
