与西安邮电大学签署AI 健康领域产学研国际合作
2026年6月26日至28日，清迈大学数字国际创新学院（ICDI CMU）院长 Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Uncharoen 率团，携研究生项目主任 Assistant Professor Dr. Noppasit Chakphitak 及学院代表团，应邀出席在中国西安国际会展中心举办的第七届西部数字经济博览会（The 7th Western China Digital Economy Expo）。本次博览会汇聚人工智能（AI）、数字化转型、数字贸易、数据中心建设、跨境数据流通及国际产业合作 等前沿议题，旨在促进中国与全球各国在数字经济领域的深度对话与务实合作。
From June 26 to 28, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Uncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI CMU), Chiang Mai University, led a delegation including Assistant Professor Dr. Noppasit Chakphitak, Chair of the Graduate Program in Digital Innovation and Financial Technology, to attend the 7th Western China Digital Economy Expo at the Xi'an International Conference and Exhibition Center, Xi'an, P.R. China. The Expo brought together cutting-edge topics spanning artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, digital trade, data center development, cross-border data exchange, and international industrial cooperation, aiming to foster in-depth dialogue and pragmatic collaboration in the digital economy between China and countries worldwide.
展会期间，ICDI CMU代表团深入参观了技术展览与专题论坛，积极参与学术交流及国际合作对接活动，与来自 中国政府、高校、科研机构及企业界的代表进行了广泛而深入的洽谈，全面了解中国数字经济发展最新动态，探索未来合作的潜在空间与方向。代表团还接受了媒体采访，分享了学院在数字创新与金融科技领域的办学成果与国际合作愿景。
During the Expo, the ICDI CMU delegation engaged in in-depth visits to technology exhibitions and thematic forums, actively participated in academic exchanges and international cooperation matchmaking activities, and conducted extensive discussions with representatives from the Chinese government, universities, research institutions, and industry. The delegation gained comprehensive insights into the latest developments in China's digital economy and explored potential avenues for future collaboration. The delegation also gave media interviews, sharing the College's achievements and international cooperation vision in the fields of digital innovation and financial technology.
本次出访的重要成果之一，是 Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Uncharoen 代表ICDI CMU与西安邮电大学人工智能应用与设计学院副院长 Professor Chen Gaige 共同签署了"国际产学研合作协议"（International Industry–University–Research Cooperation），聚焦 "AI赋能健康与医疗"（AI-Empowered Healthcare and Wellness）领域。合作内容涵盖 联合科研、学术互访、AI与健康数字化人才培养、以及 研究成果的商业化转化，旨在整合双方学术、创新与技术资源，共同推动健康系统智能化发展。
A key outcome of this visit was the signing of the "International Industry–University–Research Cooperation Agreement" by Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Uncharoen on behalf of ICDI CMU, together with Professor Chen Gaige, Deputy Dean of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence Application and Design, Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT). The agreement focuses on "AI-Empowered Healthcare and Wellness" and covers joint research, academic exchange, talent development in AI and digital health, and commercialization of research outcomes, aiming to integrate academic, innovative, and technological resources from both sides to jointly advance the intelligent development of healthcare systems.

此次出席博览会并签署合作协议，标志着ICDI CMU 在 国际化合作道路上迈出了重要一步。通过深度参与中国数字经济领域的顶级平台，学院将进一步拓展在人工智能、健康数字化及数字经济方向的国际科研合作与学术交流网络。这一合作也与"一带一路"科技创新合作倡议高度契合，为中泰两国在数字经济与智慧医疗领域的产学研深度融合注入新动能，为服务两国可持续发展目标贡献积极力量。
The participation in the Expo and the signing of the cooperation agreement mark a significant milestone for ICDI CMU on its path toward international collaboration. Through deep engagement with China's premier digital economy platform, the College will further expand its international research and academic networks in the areas of artificial intelligence, digital health, and digital economy. This collaboration also aligns closely with the "Belt and Road Initiative" for science and technology innovation, injecting new momentum into the deep integration of industry-academia-research cooperation between China and Thailand in the fields of digital economy and smart healthcare, and contributing positively to the sustainable development goals of both nations.
