We need to gather some technical and commercial proposals for setting up a paste preparation area and an automatic SMC compounding line.

Paste Preparation Area

- Phase 1 (Initial Phase): Raw material management (loading) will be completely manual. This phase includes producing thermoplastic solutions—to be stored in dedicated tanks (2-3 tanks of 3.5–5 $m^3$)—and the production pastes.第一阶段（初始阶段）：原材料管理（装料）将完全采用人工操作。该阶段包括生产热塑性溶液——需储存在专用储罐中（2至3个，每个容量为3.5–5立方米）—以及生产用膏体。
- Phase 2 (Final Phase): Solution production will be fully automated. The paste mixer will then be used for small batches or formulation fine-tuning. 第二阶段（最终阶段）：溶液生产将实现完全自动化。膏体混合器则用于小批量生产或配方微调。
Required Equipment: 所需的设备
- 1x Solution Mixer (final version, also suitable for Phase 2) – 1000L capacity 1台溶液混合器（最终版本，也适用于第二阶段）—容量1000升
- 1x Transfer Pump 1台转移泵
- 1x Support Frame for positioning 2-3 storage tanks (3500–5000L) 1个支撑框架，用于定位2-3个储罐（3500–5000升）
- 2-3x Storage Tanks with agitator, made of AISI 304 stainless steel 2-3倍储罐，带搅拌器，采用AISI 304不锈钢制造
- 1x Mixer / Disperser / Scraper for paste production 1台混合/分散/刮板机，用于膏体生产
- 3x Stainless Steel Troughs / Bowls (1500L) with wheels and bottom discharge valve 3个不锈钢槽/碗（1500升），带轮子和底部排料阀
SMC Line SMC生产线
- Production Line: The line should be capable of producing a sheet with a maximum width of 1600 mm. 生产线：该生产线应能够生产最大宽度为1600毫米的板材。
- End-of-Line Equipment: It needs to be equipped with a festooner and a big-roll winder. 生产线设备：需配备花边机和大卷绕机。
- Expected Output: The estimated annual production at this stage is around 4,000 tons/year. 预计产量：现阶段的年产量估计约为4000吨/年。
The scope of supply must include: 注意报价需要包含：
- delivery to Italy (including transport costs), 意大利的运费（收获地址24020 - Scanzorosciate (Bergamo) Italy
- installation at our plant, 需要在客人工厂安装
- the commissioning and process fine-tuning phase, and 需要调试与工艺优化阶段
- a well-structured training program for our operators.为操作人员提供一个结构完善的培训计划。
Our goal is to receive as soon as possible complete evaluations including all technical details, a budget indication of the various costs (both fixed and operating costs), and the installation lead times starting from a potential order.
