Since its establishment in 1993 with the approval of the former Ministry of Culture, the Guangzhou International Art Fair has built a profound legacy of over thirty years. As a key cultural and tourism project in the Greater Bay Area—jointly recognized and guided by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Guangdong Provincial Government—it has transcended its original role as a bellwether of art in Southern China, evolving into a premier platform that bridges art and commerce, tradition and the future, East and West.
To date, the Guangzhou Art Fair has reached nearly five million visitors, cultivated a base of 500,000 seasoned collectors, and achieved a record single-session transaction volume exceeding 775 million RMB. It has helped bring numerous artists into the public eye while providing galleries with a vital venue for their core annual transactions.

其中第24届艺博会,展会规模从3万平方米攀升至4万平方米,参展机构增至450家,成交额一度突破至7.75亿元,覆盖国家及地区扩展至40个。单届最高观众量达28万人次,累计服务藏家超过50万人。

The Guangzhou Art Fair has consistently demonstrated its sustained influence and market vitality through tangible achievements.
Notably, the 23rd edition saw its exhibition scale expand from 30,000 to 40,000 square meters, with participating institutions increasing to 450. The transaction volume reached a record high of 775 million RMB, while the number of covered countries and regions expanded to 40. The highest single-edition attendance reached 280,000, and the fair has served over 500,000 collectors cumulatively.

参展流程 / Exhibition Process
提交申请:填写《参展申请表》提交机构/艺术家介绍及作品资料。
资质审核:组委会学术委员会将对申请材料进行审核。
签订合同:审核通过后,签订正式参展合同并支付参展费用。
展位分配:按报名先后及作品类别统一安排展位。
筹备参展:提交详细参展方案、宣传材料等。
现场报到:按时布展、参展。
1. Submit ApplicationFill out the Exhibition Application Form and submit the institution/artist introduction along with representative artwork portfolios.
2. Qualification ReviewThe organizing committee’s academic board will review all application materials.
3. Sign ContractUpon approval, a formal exhibition contract shall be signed and the participation fee paid.
4. Booth AssignmentBooths will be assigned based on application order and artwork category.
5. Exhibition PreparationSubmit detailed exhibition plans, promotional materials, and related documents.
6. On-site RegistrationComplete setup on schedule and participate in the fair.
