1.问候与破冰话术
1.  针对主动到访展位的客户:“您好!欢迎来到XX展位,我是负责人XXX。看您对这款产品很感兴趣,您是做车载电子相关贸易的吗?主要面向哪个市场?” 
"Hello! Welcome to XX Booth. I'm the person in charge, XXX. I see you're interested in this product. Do you engage in trade related to automotive electronics? Which market are you mainly targeting?" (精准定位客户身份,快速切入主题)2. 针对派发传单时遇到的目标客户:“您好!打扰一下,我们是专注车载电子的XX公司,这是我们的核心新品手册。您公司是否有相关产品的采购需求?我们在欧洲/美洲市场有很多稳定合作的客户。
”"Hello! Excuse me. We are XX Company, focusing on automotive electronics. This is our core new product brochure. Does your company have purchasing needs for related products? We have many stable cooperative customers in the European/American market." (主动亮明身份,用市场资源吸引客户)3. 针对老客户:“XX先生/女士,好久不见!非常感谢您特意过来。这次我们带来了几款专门针对您所在市场的新品,您一定要看看,肯定符合您的需求。
”"Mr./Ms. XX, long time no see! Thank you very much for coming specially. This time we have brought several new products specifically for your market. You must take a look; they will definitely meet your needs."(拉近距离,突出专属感)4. 针对犹豫徘徊的客户:“您好!我们这款车载导航仪是今年的爆款,支持32种语言,特别适合跨境贸易。您可以亲手体验一下它的操作手感和导航精度,很多客户体验后都当场下单了。
”"Hello! This car navigation system is our best-seller this year. It supports 32 languages and is especially suitable for cross-border trade. You can experience its operation feel and navigation accuracy in person. Many customers placed orders on the spot after experiencing it."(用爆款属性和客户案例打消顾虑)
2 产品介绍话术
1.  通用款产品(车载充电器):“这款车载充电器采用进口智能芯片,支持快充协议,30分钟就能充满手机60%电量。同时内置过充、过温、短路三重保护,安全性拉满。关键是价格很有竞争力,批量采购单价仅XX美元,特别适合走量。
"This car charger adopts an imported intelligent chip, supports fast charging protocol, and can charge 60% of the phone's battery in 30 minutes. At the same time, it has built-in triple protection against overcharging, overheating, and short circuits, with full security. The key point is that the price is very competitive. The unit price for bulk purchase is only XX US dollars, which is especially suitable for high-volume sales."(先讲核心功能,再讲安全保障,最后说价格优势)2. 高端款产品(车载导航仪):“这款高端导航仪是我们针对欧洲市场研发的,采用高精度进口定位芯片,导航误差不超过5米。支持离线地图更新、语音控制,还能连接车载系统实现多屏互动。我们提供2年质保,在德国、法国都有合作售后点,24小时响应售后问题,您完全不用担心售后麻烦。
"This high-end navigation system is developed by us for the European market. It uses a high-precision imported positioning chip, and the navigation error is no more than 5 meters. It supports offline map updates, voice control, and can also connect to the car system to achieve multi-screen interaction. We provide a 2-year warranty and have cooperative after-sales points in Germany and France, with 24-hour response to after-sales issues. You don't have to worry about after-sales troubles at all." (突出定制化、核心参数和售后保障,匹配高端客户需求)3. 新品介绍:“这是我们刚推出的车载智能语音助手,是今年的重点新品。它能实现语音导航、音乐点播、车况监测等功能,目前在北美市场的订单已经排到下个月了。现在合作的话,我们给您新品专属价,还能优先安排交期。
"This is our newly launched car intelligent voice assistant, which is a key new product this year. It can realize functions such as voice navigation, music on demand, and vehicle condition monitoring. Currently, orders in the North American market are scheduled for next month. If you cooperate now, we will give you an exclusive price for new products and prioritize the delivery time." (强调新品热度、核心功能和合作福利)4.针对客户痛点的产品介绍:“我了解到您之前反馈老供应商的产品故障率高,售后响应慢。我们这款产品经过3次严格质量检测,合格率达到99.8%。而且我们承诺,收到售后问题后24小时内给出解决方案,48小时内完成处理,绝对不耽误您的销售进度。
"I understand that you previously reported that the products of your old supplier have a high failure rate and slow after-sales response. This product of ours has passed 3 strict quality inspections, with a qualification rate of 99.8%. Moreover, we promise to provide a solution within 24 hours after receiving after-sales problems and complete the handling within 48 hours, which will never delay your sales progress." ((结合客户痛点,针对性讲产品优势)
问题四:“您这次的采购量大概是多少?有没有明确的交货时间要求?”(了解客户的采购规模和时间节点)了解采购量和交货时间,能帮你判断订单的大小和可行性。如果客户的采购量很大,就是重点客户,要重点接待;如果客户有明确的交货时间要求,就要判断自己能不能满足。当年我问德国客户这个问题时,他说:“采购量800台,最好30天内交货。”我立刻告诉客户:“我们的工厂就在深圳,有足够的产能,30天内绝对能交货,而且质量有保障。”客户听了之后,明显松了一口气。问题五:“除了产品质量和交货时间,您在采购过程中还有其他关心的问题吗?比如价格、付款方式、售后服务等。”(全面了解客户的顾虑)这个问题能帮你全面了解客户的顾虑,提前做好应对准备。当年我问德国客户这个问题时,他说:“我还关心售后服务,欧洲客户对售后要求很高,如果产品出现问题,需要能及时解决。”我告诉客户:“我们在德国有合作的售后点,24小时内响应售后问题,还提供2年质保,你完全可以放心。”就是通过这5个开放式问题,我全面了解了德国客户的真实需求和顾虑,针对性地给出了解决方案,最后顺利签下了800台的订单。
