Proposed in 2013, the Belt and Road Initiative has entered a phase of high-quality development. As a major national strategy for China’s high-standard opening-up in the new era, it carries profound domestic and international significance. The International Poster Exhibition of Asian Urban Culture breaks cultural barriers through borderless visual posters, showcasing the cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage of cities along the routes to boost people-to-people exchanges under the Belt and Road Initiative.

本次展览由中国民族贸易促进会、北京光华设计发展基金会、中国包装联合会设计专业委员会指导，由亚洲城市文化国际海报展组委会主办，马来西亚中国教育协会、马来西亚霹雳美术协会、中国民族贸易促进会纺织服装工作委员会、全球共创设计联盟、中马创意与设计联盟、中欧国际设计文化协会联合主办，精准匹配丝路非遗、东北城市、中老建交 65 周年三大创作主题，作品征集面向全球设计师、高校师生及设计爱好者全面开放。迄今为止，赛事吸引了全球十余个国家的创作者踊跃投稿，展现了亚城展强大的国际影响力。展览陆续会在中国、马来西亚、泰国、老挝等国家的60余所高校及单位进行巡展。

Guided by China Council for the Promotion of National Trade, Dragon Design Foundation and Design Professional Committee of China Packaging Federation, the exhibition is hosted by The Organizing Committee of the International Poster Exhibition of Asian Urban Culture, and co-hosted by Education Association between Malaysia and China, Malaysian Perak Art Society, Textile and Garment Work Committee of China Council for the Promotion of National Trade, Global Creative Design Alliance, China & Malaysia Creative and Design Alliance, and China Europe International Design Culture Association. Aligned with three core creative themes—visual design for intangible cultural heritage of international cities under the Belt and Road, urban culture of Northeast China, and the 65th Anniversary of China-Laos Diplomatic Relations—the exhibition calls for entries from designers, university teachers, students and design enthusiasts worldwide. To date, creators from more than a dozen countries across the globe have actively submitted entries to the competition, demonstrating the robust international influence of the International Poster Exhibition of Asian Urban Culture. Touring exhibitions will successively be held at over 60 universities and institutions in China, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos and other countries.

本次展览评审专家来自中国、中国香港、一带一路沿线国家马来西亚、老挝、泰国及英国（一带一路重要伙伴）的杰出数字艺术设计师与高校教授，覆盖非遗印染、视觉传达、数字动画等多领域，涵盖学术界与业界的权威代表，构建起多元、专业与国际化的评审体系，所有评委均深耕数字艺术设计领域，致力于以权威、公正与开放的评审态度，发掘亚洲城市文化与数字艺术的创意力量。

The jury experts of this exhibition are distinguished digital art designers and university professors from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong of China, Belt and Road countries including Malaysia, Laos and Thailand, as well as the United Kingdom, an important partner of the Belt and Road Initiative. Their research areas cover intangible cultural heritage printing and dyeing, visual communication, digital animation and other disciplines. As authoritative representatives from academia and the design industry, they jointly form a diverse, professional and international judging system. All jury members have long been engaged in digital art and design research and practice. With rigorous, impartial and inclusive judging principles, they strive to explore the creative power integrating Asian urban culture and digital art.

赵璐/Zhao Lu（中国）

深圳大学艺术学部执行主任、特聘教授、博士生导师。现任中国美术家协会平面设计艺术委员会副主任、中国高等教育学会广告教育专业委员会副理事长、教育部高等学校设计学类专业教学指导委员会委员、中国包装联合会设计委员会全国委员会常务副主任等职务，担任全国大学生广告艺术大赛评委会主席。主创完成2022年北京冬奥会和冬残奥会宣传海报、中国冰雪运动官方卡通形象、中华人民共和国第十二届运动会会徽、吉祥物、火炬等全媒体形象系统、2025国际大体联足球世界杯会徽、吉祥物设计、全国青少年田径运动会会徽、吉祥物设计、第三十一届北京国际图书博览会主视觉设计等。 设计作品获美国缪斯设计金奖、纽约ADC设计艺术大奖金奖、Pentawards世界包装设计金奖等国际顶级奖项百余项，入选佛罗伦萨双年展、全国美展进京作品等展览。 获评全国首届教材建设先进个人、全国优秀创新创业导师、中国创意巅峰30人等，主讲《创新创业实践》获评国家级一流本科课程，两部教材获评“十四五”普通高等教育本科国家级规划教材、“十四五”职业教育国家级规划教材，指导学生拿下“世界学生之星奖”、国际A｀设计奖白金奖等国际赛事奖项。

She is Executive Director, Distinguished Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the Division of Arts, Shenzhen University. She also holds concurrent posts including Deputy Director of the Graphic Design Art Committee of China Artists Association, Vice Chairman of the Advertising Education Committee of Chinese Society of Higher Education, Member of the National Teaching Steering Committee for Design Disciplines under the Ministry of Education, and Executive Deputy Director of the National Committee of Design Council of China Packaging Federation. In addition, she serves as Chair of the Jury for the National College Students Advertising Art Competition.

She led the creation of numerous national landmark design projects: promotional posters and official cartoon mascots for ice and snow sports of the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games; the full-media visual identity system including the emblem, mascots and torch for the 12th National Games of the People’s Republic of China; emblems and mascots for the 2025 FISU World Cup Football Tournament and National Youth Athletics Games; and the main visual design for the 31st Beijing International Book Fair.

Her design works have won over one hundred top international awards such as Gold MUSE Design Awards, Gold Award from ADC New York, and Pentawards Global Packaging Design Gold Award. Her artworks have been exhibited at the Florence Biennale and the National Fine Arts Exhibition (selected for the National Gallery display).

She has received honors including the First National Advanced Individual in Textbook Construction, National Outstanding Innovation and Entrepreneurship Tutor, and Top 30 Chinese Creative Practitioners. Her undergraduate course Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice has been recognized as a National First-Class Undergraduate Course. Two textbooks compiled by her have been listed as national planned textbooks for general higher undergraduate education and vocational education during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Under her supervision, students have claimed prestigious international honors including the Student Star Award and Platinum A’ Design Award.

Amon Boontore（泰国）

Asst. Prof. Dr. Amon Boontore is the Head of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the School of Architecture, Art, and Design (AAD), King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL).  He also serves as the Program Director for both the Master of Urban and Regional Planning and the Ph.D. in Multidisciplinary Design Research (MDR) programs. He obtained his doctoral degree in Land Use and Urban Planning from the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis (CASA) at University College London (UCL), United Kingdom. His primary research and academic interests encompass urban planning, urban design, urban landscape planning, and multidisciplinary design research.

陈楠/Chen Nan（中国）

清华大学美术学院教授、博士生导师，中国古文字艺术研究中心主任，中国文字博物馆艺术研究院院长，中国美术家协会平面艺委会副秘书长，法国汉字节协会（AFCC）常务理事、副主席，巴渝学者讲座教授。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才、首批国家艺术基金，获"中国设计贡献奖"中国设计十杰"称号。中国古文字艺术设计活化创新运动的推动者践行者，首款甲骨文、章草设计字库设计者。国家重大文化工程项目古文字与中华文明传承发展工程项目《中国古文字艺术设计与文化传播研究》负责人。北京2008年奥运会吉祥物设计者之一，奥运火炬手，参与国际奥委会、伦敦奥运会特许设计开发等重大设计项目，主持设计制定国内特许设计最早的规范性文本。中国人民银行纪念币设计生产专家库专家、中国贵金属纪念币评审委员会委员。受邀在联合国教科文组织总部、法国商博良世界文字博物馆、北京751、湖北美术馆、荷兰KoelwaterHal艺术空间举办个展、并赴法国、希腊、匈牙利等国巡展；作品入选武汉双年展、成都双年展。主讲课程入选教育部国家级一流本科课程，出版《中国汉字设计史》《汉字的诱惑》《设计思维与方法》等20余部专著并发表多篇学术论文，获第八届、第九届教育部科研优秀成果二等奖等。

Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University; Director of the Research Center for Ancient Chinese Character Art; Dean of the Art Research Institute of National Museum of Chinese Writing; Deputy Secretary-General of the Graphic Art Committee of China Artists Association; Executive Director and Vice President of Association Française des Cultures Chinoises (AFCC); Distinguished Professor of Bayu Scholars Program. He was selected into the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University by the Ministry of Education and the first batch of National Art Fund recipients. He has been honored with the China Design Contribution Award and the title of Top Ten Chinese Designers. As a promoter and practitioner of the innovative revitalization movement for ancient Chinese character art and design, he created the first font libraries of Oracle Bone Script and Zhangcao Cursive Script. He presides over Research on Artistic Design and Cultural Communication of Ancient Chinese Characters, a key national cultural project under the Initiative for the Inheritance and Development of Ancient Chinese Characters and Chinese Civilization. He is one of the designers of the mascots for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and an Olympic torchbearer. He took part in major design projects including licensed product development for the International Olympic Committee and the London Olympic Games, and led the formulation of China’s earliest standardized documents for licensed design. He is an expert on the Expert Database for Commemorative Coin Design and Production of the People’s Bank of China, as well as a member of the Review Committee for Chinese Precious Metal Commemorative Coins. He has held solo exhibitions at the Headquarters of UNESCO, Musée Champollion – World Museum of Writing in France, Beijing 751 Art District, Hubei Art Museum, KoelwaterHal Art Space in the Netherlands, and toured exhibitions in France, Greece, Hungary and other countries. His works have been featured in the Wuhan Biennale and Chengdu Biennale.

The course he teaches has been recognized as a National First-Class Undergraduate Course by the Ministry of Education. He has published more than 20 monographs includingA History of Chinese Character Design, The Allure of Chinese Characters, and Design Thinking and Methods, alongside numerous academic papers. He received the Second Prize for Outstanding Scientific Research Achievements from the Ministry of Education for two consecutive sessions (the 8th and 9th editions).

David Bramston（英国）

中国矿业大学环境学院设计系副教授。自 2007 年起担任伦敦布卢姆斯伯里出版社特约设计类撰稿人，著有多部面向国际发行的设计思维专著，目前正撰写两部专题著作，聚焦国内外环境创意实践领域的标杆人物。2001 至 2012 年，在英国林肯大学主持本科设计专业教学项目，此后负责国际设计产业硕士学位项目。其作品曾于米兰、伦敦、上海、旧金山、纽约等多地展出。在中国各地开展设计工作坊与学术讲座，合作院校包括广州美术学院、上海同济大学、清华大学；还曾担任清华大学国际预科项目教学顾问。其创作深耕传统手工艺，长期与中国少数民族社群保持深度合作与交流。持有英国曼彻斯特大学硕士学位，上世纪 90 年代初于伦敦从事设计工作，服务过摩托罗拉、迪奥、锐步等品牌。

David Bramston is an Associate Professor of Design, Environmental Department at CUMT, China. An independent design author for Bloomsbury Publishing, London, since 2007 David has authored many international books on Design Thinking and is currently authoring two monographs on leading figures in their fields associated to environmental creative practice in China and beyond.

David led an undergraduate design programme at the University of Lincoln, UK (2001-2012), and then led the postgraduate degree on International Design Enterprise. He has exhibited works in Milan, London, Shanghai, San Francisco and New York amongst other cities. David has conducted design workshops and lectures throughout China including at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art, Tongji University, Shanghai and at Tsinghua University where he was also a teaching advisor to the International Foundation programme. David has a close association to minority communities in China due to his creative practice that embraces traditional craft approaches. David has a postgraduate degree from Manchester in the UK and initially worked in London in the 1990’s designing for companies such as Motorola, Dior and Reebok. 

黄诚然/Herman Wong Seng Yin（马来西亚）

马来西亚艺术家、策展人及艺术组织者。现任马来西亚霹雳美术协会（MPAS）会长,马来西亚现代水彩画家协会（CMWA）副会长，亚洲艺术联盟马來西亚区会长。长期活跃于当代视觉艺术创作、策展实践及国际文化交流领域，曾参与多个国际艺术工作坊及跨文化艺术项目，使其艺术视野与实践具备国际化与多元文化背景。拥有丰富的区域及国际展览策划与推广经验，致力于推动跨文化艺术交流与当代艺术发展。

Herman Wong Seng Yin (Malaysia) is an artist, curator, and arts organizer. He currently serves as President of the Malaysia Perak Art Society (MPAS) , Vice President of the Contemporary Malaysian Watercolourists Association (CMWA). And President of The Asia Art Alliance  (Malaysia). He is actively involved in contemporary visual arts practice, curatorial development, and international cultural exchange. He has participated in numerous international workshops and cross-cultural art programs, contributing to a broad global perspective in both artistic creation and curatorial practice. He has extensive experience in organizing and promoting regional and international art exhibitions, with a strong focus on fostering cross-cultural dialogue and contemporary art development.

韩湛宁/Han Zhanning（中国）

He has won more than 200 prestigious domestic and international design awards, including Red Dot Design Award Best of the Best, Benny Gold Award from the Premier Print Awards, Grand Prize of the Mohawk Show (USA), Gold and Silver Awards at the National Book Design Exhibition, Silver Award at GDC (Graphic Design in China), Most Beautiful Books of China Award, and Nomination Award of China Government Award for Publishing. He has been invited to top international competitions and special exhibitions in the UK, Germany, the United States, Japan, Finland, Poland and other countries. His works are collected by museums across the globe. In 2008, he was invited as one of the representative Chinese designers to participate in the Creative China exhibition at the V&A Museum, UK. He has served as a jury member for a host of influential domestic and international competitions and awards, such as China Elements International Advertising Award, AAC Art China, Korea Global Design Awards and Korea International Poster Exhibition. He has curated exhibitions including the National Book Design Art Exhibition, and co-curated Chinese Spirit: Six Decades of Kan Tai-keung’s Creative Works.

龚䶮/Gong Yan(中国)

北京服装学院教授，北京大学本科、博士，清华大学博士后，浙江大学工业设计访问学者。民革朝阳二十三支部主委，民革中央三农专委会委员。

Professor at Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology. He received his bachelor’s and doctorate from Peking University, undertook postdoctoral research at Tsinghua University, and was a visiting scholar specializing in industrial design at Zhejiang University. He also serves as Chairman of Chaoyang No.23 Branch of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang and Member of the Special Committee on Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers under its Central Committee.

刘岚/Liu Lan（中国）

宁波财经学院艺术设计学院执行院长、教授、硕士生导师，宁波市领军拔尖人才,浙江省“十四五”一流学科设计学负责人,宁波市“161”工程重点学科带头人。主持国家级一流课程、浙江省一流本科专业“工业设计”建设工作。担任中国广告协会学术委员会委员,创意中国设计联盟环境设计专业委员会主任，全国数字艺术设计大赛浙江分赛区组委会副主任委员，浙江省智库RCEP国别研究中心专业主任，宁波工艺美术发展研究基地秘书长、宁波市高等教育学会艺术设计分会副理事长。主持国家级、省级课程3门，主持完成教育部课题、浙江省哲学社会科学重点及一般项目、省级教学改革项目等5项，参与省部级课题10余项。出版专著、教材7部，发表核心期刊论文20余篇。荣获省市级教学成果奖7项，研究成果曾获省级领导批示。指导学生参赛的项目荣获“挑战杯”、“互联网+”等赛事奖项，获批全国大学生创新创业项目等30余项。

She has presided over 3 national and provincial-level courses, and completed 5 research projects including research projects sponsored by the Ministry of Education, key and general philosophy & social science projects of Zhejiang Province, and provincial teaching reform projects. She has participated in more than 10 provincial and ministerial research projects. She has published 7 monographs and textbooks, together with over 20 papers in core academic journals. She has won 7 provincial and municipal teaching achievement awards, and her research achievements have received written instructions from provincial leaders. She has guided students to win awards in competitions such as the "Challenge Cup" and "Internet Plus" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and over 30 national college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training programs have been approved under her supervision.

Sadsada Inthavong（老挝）

老挝苏发努冯大学建筑学院建筑系讲师、系主任；曾任该校科研与学术服务部负责人，拥有扎实的学术研究与论文出版功底。独立编撰学术专著 1 部，发表多篇学术论文，并以此完成职称晋升相关学术成果积累。本次展览特邀其担任终评专家，负责评审全部参展作品，参与最终入选作品遴选工作。此外，拥有丰富赛事评审经验：曾担任 2024 年粤港澳大湾区暨东盟国际高校建筑设计大赛评委；同时多次受邀参与泰国玛哈萨拉堪大学、老挝苏发努冯大学的毕业论文答辩委员会评审工作。

Sadsada Inthavong is Lecturer and Head, Department of Architecture Faculty of Architecture, Souphanouvong University, Laos Former Head of the Research and Academic Services Division, with a strong background in academic research and scholarly publication. He has authored one academic textbook and published multiple research papers in support of his academic promotion. For this exhibition, he has been appointed as the Final Evaluator, entrusted with reviewing and assessing the submitted works and contributing to the final selection. His broader experience includes serving as a judge for the GBA & ASEAN International Colleges and Construction Competition (2024) and as a member of thesis defense committees in collaboration with Mahasarakham University, Thailand, as well as at Souphanouvong University.

Siek Hwee Ling, Perline（马来西亚）

中国工艺美术大师，首批国家级非物质文化遗产代表性传承人，联合国教科文组织 “民间工艺美术大师”，第十届中国民间文艺家协会副主席，南通大学非物质文化遗产研究院院长、二级教授，中马创意设计联盟主席；获评中宣部、中国文联授予的 “第三届全国中青年德艺双馨文艺工作者”，全国非遗保护工作先进个人、全国旅游系统劳动模范。历任第五届国家级非遗传承人评委、第八届中国工艺美术大师评委。主持国家社科基金艺术学重点课题，编撰出版《中国传统印染技艺》《中国蓝印花布文化档案・南通卷》等二十余部学术专著与口述史，其中《中国蓝印花布文化档案・南通卷》于 2023 年斩获 “山花奖” 优秀民间文艺学术著作奖。其创新蓝印花布作品三度摘取国家级文艺大奖 “山花奖”，个人荣膺第七届山花奖个人成就奖，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。数十年深耕不辍，倾力抢救、保护、创新蓝印花布传统技艺，令传承千年的蓝白美学在当代焕发全新生机。

Master of Chinese Arts and Crafts, First Batch National Representative Inheritor of Intangible Cultural Heritage, Master of Folk Arts and Crafts conferred by UNESCO, Vice Chairman of the 10th China Folk Literature and Art Association, Dean of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute and Second-Class Professor at Nantong University, Chairman of China-Malaysia Creative Design Alliance. He was honored as the Third National Virtuous and Talented Young and Middle-aged Literary and Art Worker by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Advanced Individual in National ICH Protection Work, and Model Worker of the National Tourism System.

He has served as a jury member for the 5th National Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritor Selection and the 8th China Master of Arts and Crafts Appraisal. He presided over a key art research project supported by the National Social Science Fund. He has compiled and published more than 20 academic monographs and oral history books including Traditional Chinese Printing and Dyeing Crafts and Cultural Archives of Chinese Blue Calico · Nantong Volume. Among them, Cultural Archives of Chinese Blue Calico · Nantong Volume won the Excellent Folk Literature and Art Academic Work Award of the Mountain Flower Award in 2023.

His innovative blue calico works have won the Mountain Flower Award, China’s top national folk art award, three times. He received the Personal Achievement Award at the 7th Mountain Flower Award and enjoys Special Government Allowance from the State Council. For decades, he has dedicated himself to rescuing, preserving and innovating the traditional craft of blue calico, revitalizing the thousand-year-old blue-and-white aesthetic in contemporary times.

肖勇/Xiao Yong（中国）

中央美术学院设计学院教授/楚天学者，博士生导师主要方向信息设计，导示设计，服务设计。曾留学芬兰，德国和丹麦，现任国际艺术设计院校联盟执委，曾任国际设计联合会ico-D副主席。获"中国设计贡献奖"中国设计十杰"称号，获教育部教学成果二等奖。作品获莫斯科金蜂奖，香港设计铜奖等。担任国内外重要展赛设计评委，主持和参与国内外重要论坛并讲演，应邀在欧美亚洲上百所院校讲学和任教，策划许多重要设计会议和展览，引进国际学者450余人到中国交流讲学。主要设计：2008北京奥运奖牌，"从北京到伦敦","世界大学生运动会"邮票邮品，设计标志300余枚，包括中国文联，中国家庭服务，国际绿色教育奖，纯净芬兰等2010世博芬兰馆及银行纪念币，世园会卡塔尔馆等形象。首都规划展览馆，安徽美术馆，北服等导示设计。出版图书三十余本。

He pursued further studies in Finland, Germany and Denmark. Currently he serves as Executive Committee Member of International Association of Art and Design Institutions, and previously held the post of Vice President of ICO-D International Council of Design.He has been honored with the China Design Contribution Award and the Top Ten Chinese Designers title, and received the Second Prize of Teaching Achievement Award issued by the Ministry of Education. His artworks have won numerous awards including the Moscow Golden Bee Award and Hong Kong Design Bronze Award. He acts as jury member for key domestic and international design competitions and exhibitions, presides over and delivers speeches at important global forums, and has been invited to lecture and teach at hundreds of universities across Europe, America and Asia.

杨景欣/Yang Jingxin（中国香港）

香港多媒体设计协会行政主席，拥有 23 年以上艺术设计从业经验，参与多项公营、私营设计项目，曾为香港旅游发展局、康乐及文化事务署、K11 Musea、1881 Heritage、香港海洋公园、香港贸易发展局、数码港等机构打造多媒体艺术科技作品，参与多项大型展览策划、科技艺术体验打造与美育工作，担任香港树仁大学学术委员会委员，毕业于加拿大约克大学与香港大学专业进修学院，创办 Matez Lab，并在数码港设立 “当代文化科技美术馆”。长期服务多家非营利机构、制服团体及政府部门，包括香港低碳设计协会、香港少年警讯、香港交通安全队、香港道路安全议会、香港消防大使会长会、香港民政事务处（黄大仙区青年活动委员会）、香港社会福利署（推广义工运动小组委员会）等，2016 年联合粤港澳大湾区各地文创、艺术团体，共同创立粤港澳大湾区文创联盟。自2016 年起受聘担任北京市京港澳中关村青年创新创业中心创业导师、大湾区金融科技应用人员协会会务顾问，多次担任各类微电影赛事评审导师，并义务担任香港电台节目客座主持。

Executive Chairman of Hong Kong Multimedia Design AssociationWith over 23 years of professional experience in art and design, he has taken part in numerous public and private design projects. He has delivered multimedia art and technology production services, curated large-scale exhibitions, and developed tech-art experiences and educational programmes for organizations including the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Leisure and Cultural Services Department, K11 Musea, 1881 Heritage, Ocean Park Hong Kong, Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Cyberport. He is a member of the Academic Committee of Hong Kong Shue Yan University. He holds academic qualifications from York University, Canada and HKU SPACE. He founded Matez Lab and established the Museum of Contemporary Cultural Technology located at Cyberport. He provides services to multiple non-profit organizations, uniformed youth groups and government departments, including the Hong Kong Low Carbon Design Association, Junior Police Call, Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol, Hong Kong Road Safety Council, Hong Kong Fire Services Ambassador Club, Wong Tai Sin District Youth Activities Committee under the Home Affairs Department, and the Volunteer Promotion Subcommittee of the Social Welfare Department.In 2016, he co-founded the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural and Creative Alliance together with cultural and creative arts groups across the Greater Bay Area.

Since 2016, he has been appointed as an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Mentor at the Beijing Jinggang-Hong Kong-Macao Zhongguancun Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre, and also serves as the Association Affairs Advisor of the Greater Bay Area FinTech Practitioners Association. In addition, he works as jury mentor for numerous microfilm competitions and acts as a volunteer guest host for programmes of RTHK (Radio Television Hong Kong).

叶佑天/Ye Yotian（中国）

He is Professor and PhD Supervisor, Chair of the Academic Committee and Director of the Yangtze Animation Image Research Center at the School of Film, Animation and Media, Hubei Fine Arts Institute, and a doctoral supervisor at Wuhan Text University and other universities home and abroad, is the originator of China’s Poetic Animation theory, a visiting scholar of Tsinghua University, Peking University and Beijing Film Academy, a member of China Artists Association and Shenzhen Graphic Design Association, Technical Committee Member of the National Engineering Research Center for Digital Film & Animation Creation, Vice Secretary-General of the Animation Art Committee of China Animation Association, Member of the Animation Committee of China Film Association, Executive Deputy Director of the AI Animation Expert Committee under China Industry-University-Research Promotion Council, and host of the animation column in core journal Film Review; his works have been selected for the National Fine Arts Exhibition eight times and claimed more than 300 domestic and international awards such as GDC 2017 Animation Gold Award, Macau International Biennale Gold Award and the top prize of Korea International Art Festival, he was honored as 2019 Wuhan City of Design Annual Contributor and recipient of the Outstanding Contribution Award for 40 Years of Chinese Design in 2023, with his design and animation works exhibited in South Korea, Germany, the United States, Japan, Fiji, Australia and collected by numerous museums, having published over 80 academic papers and critiques and presided over 27 national and provincial research projects, his featured course is accredited as a provincial high-quality open course on China MOOC, and he has curated various art exhibitions backed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Chinese overseas cultural institutions, hosted more than 50 academic conferences and delivered lectures across over 700 universities worldwide.

He is also an appraisal expert for art projects and discipline evaluation under the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

His accolades include the Outstanding Contribution Award for China’s Design Industry, the Silver Medal of China Design Contribution Award, the Special Contribution Award issued by the Publicity Department of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, and the Distinguished Contribution Award from Heilongjiang’s art and design community.

 Atit Tippichai（泰国）

泰国拉卡邦先皇技术学院城乡规划专业助理教授，博士学位。拥有二十余年交通、能源与气候变化领域研究经验，专精能源政策、交通模型构建、低碳城市系统以及土地利用与交通一体化规划。其研究成果涵盖《泰国 20 年能效发展规划》《亚太经合组织能源供需展望》以及《第五届东盟能源展望》。长期与国际运输论坛 / 经合组织、日本国际协力机构、德国国际合作机构、世界银行及泰国各级政府部门开展合作，助力可持续交通建设、能源转型与气候相关政策落地.

Dr. Atit Tippichai is an assistant professor in Urban and Regional Planning at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Doctoral Degree, Thailand. He has over 20 years of experience in transportation, energy, and climate change research, with expertise in energy policy, transport modelling, low-carbon urban systems, and integrated land-use and transport planning. His work includes Thailand’s 20-Year Energy Efficiency Development Plan, APEC Energy Demand and Supply Outlook, and the 5th ASEAN Energy Outlook. He collaborates with organizations including ITF/OECD, JICA, GIZ, the World Bank, and Thai government agencies to support sustainable transport, energy transition, and climate policy.

Wong Shaw Chiang（马来西亚）

Dr. Wong Shaw Chiang serves as Associate Professor at the Faculty of Design and Arts, Raffles University, Malaysia, as well as Dean of Graduate School and Centre of Excellence for Research.He holds a Doctorate in Creative Research, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design. He is also a certified trainer under the Human Resources Development Fund. He advocates addressing social and cultural challenges through design thinking, and is committed to delivering practically valuable design experiences via creative practices. In addition, he actively engages in community-driven projects to foster inclusive development and socio-cultural participation. Dr. Wong has more than 15 years of experience in higher education, supervising students from diploma, undergraduate to postgraduate levels. He has long been in charge of curriculum development, academic administration and research projects. His primary research interests include core design pedagogy, creative practice and cultural sustainability, and his research outputs have been published in indexed journals on multiple occasions.

中央工艺美术学院(现清华大学美术学院)毕业，中国管理科学研究院教育创新研究所"双师型"艺术教育工作者，中国美术家协会黑龙江分会平面艺委会委员，中国包装技术联合会设计委员会委员，中国工业设计协会会员，创意中国设计联盟理事，全国文创设计产业联盟理事，黑龙江省十佳艺术设计教育工作者，黑龙江省艺术设计协会学术委员会委员，廊坊市广告协会学术委员会专家委员，廊坊市广告研究院研究员，历任全国及黑龙江省大学生冰雪雕评委。现黑龙江东方学院特聘教授，黑龙江大学艺术学院视觉传达系原教授、硕士生导师。河北东方学院数字传媒学院原副院长，校学术委员会委员，数字媒体艺术专业带头人，河北省教育厅高级职称评委等。先后在《装饰》《美术大观》《艺术教育》《中国美术》等杂志发表论文6篇，曾主持制定北京王府井百货大楼集团VI系统设计，河北省教育厅教育规划课题1项，出版专著1部，教材2部。曾赴俄罗斯远东联邦大学孔子学院展览。获多个国家级省级奖项，获中韩现代设计展一等奖。

He has published six academic papers in core journals including Decoration, Grand View of Fine Arts, Art Education and Chinese Fine Arts.He presided over the VI system design for Beijing Wangfujing Department Store Group, undertook one education planning project sponsored by the Education Department of Hebei Province, and published one monograph as well as two textbooks. 

He held an exhibition at the Confucius Institute of Far Eastern Federal University, Russia. He has received numerous national and provincial awards, including the First Prize of China-Korea Modern Design Exhibition.

She has guided students to claim over ten national gold awards in China Good Creativity Competition, and served as a national judge for many competitions under the ranking projects of the Ministry of Education.

Her artworks have been selected for the 2nd National Graphic Design Exhibition hosted by China Artists Association, the 13th International Poster Triennial in Toyama, Japan (one of the world’s top five poster exhibitions), as well as exhibitions in Spain, Canada, Slovakia, Poland, South Korea, Switzerland and other countries. Her works have also been showcased in the United States, the United Kingdom, Poland, Russia, South Korea and Beijing Design Week.
