从法国昂西到东莞石排:中国国际动漫博览会搭建“家门口”出海平台|ACTIF Builds an ＂At-Home＂ Platform for Going Global

近日，法国昂西国际动画电影节上，“中国潮玩之都·东莞”十余家潮玩企业组团参展，上百件原创产品集中亮相。这是东莞继美国、巴西、日本后，又一次抱团奔赴国际顶级展会，也是本土潮玩产业开拓全球市场的生动缩影。

Recently, at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in France, more than ten art toy companies from "The Capital of Art Toys in China · Dongguan" joined forces to exhibit, with hundreds of original products making their collective debut.

At the festival, the 16th China International Animation Copyright Fair (hereinafter referred to as "the 16th ACTIF") was featured as a highlighted expo project, extending a sincere invitation to global film, television, animation and related industries. The response on-site was enthusiastic, with multiple exhibiting companies and industry organizations expressing great anticipation for visiting Dongguan this summer to participate in the 16th ACTIF and explore new opportunities for collaboration.

东莞的潮玩企业已在昂西舞台上展示了东莞"制造美学"的创意实力，而即将于8月举行的第十六届中国国际动漫博览会，也正全力为本土8000余家潮玩生产企业搭建"家门口"的一站式出海平台，大幅降低企业拓展海外市场成本。

The 16th ACTIF, set to take place in August, is working at full capacity to build an "at-home" one-stop platform for going global, serving over 8,000 local art toy manufacturers and significantly reducing the costs of expanding into overseas markets.

To truly deliver an "at-home" one-stop experience for going global, this edition of the fair has comprehensively upgraded its service framework. Dedicated matchmaking sessions have been established for IP licensing, cross-border channels, and e-commerce integration, complemented by AI art toy and intangible cultural heritage art toy fusion events. In partnership with copyright protection agencies, the fair provides full-chain services covering brand registration, licensing development, and rights protection, offering all-around support to enterprises pursuing global expansion.

本届展会展览面积增加到33100㎡，设置七大功能展区，构建海外 IP 引进来、本土 IP 出海的双向流通格局。各大IP展馆汇聚全球影视动画潮玩版权方，既助力企业引进海外热门IP，也推动国风IP国际化适配改造。哈一代、拼酷、TOY CITY、摩动核等亮相昂西的本土标杆品牌将集中参展，持续扩大东莞潮玩国际影响力。

This edition of the fair has expanded its exhibition area to 33,100 ㎡, featuring seven functional exhibition zones that create a two-way flow framework for bringing overseas IPs in and taking local IPs global. Major IP pavilions bring together global film, television, animation, and art toy rights holders, helping enterprises both source popular overseas IPs and support the international adaptation of Chinese-style IPs.

同时，通过加大国际展商和采购商邀约力度，联动海外商会、文创机构，邀请欧美等地版权方、品牌商超及文旅机构到场采购，展会期间提供专项配对洽谈。其中参展的MEDIA-NN 是一家集品牌发展与知识产权保护于一体的专业服务机构，服务500+品牌，公司提供IP注册、授权开发、打假维权于一体服务，一站式破解企业出海合规难题。渠道端计划打通线上线下双通道，现场设置京东等主流跨境电商平台，对接线上出海路径。

By intensifying outreach to international exhibitors and buyers, and by collaborating with overseas chambers of commerce and cultural-creative institutions, the fair invites rights holders, brand retailers, and cultural tourism organizations from Europe, the Americas, and beyond to attend for procurement, with dedicated matchmaking sessions provided throughout the expo.

This edition of the fair deepens its roots in Shipai, the core hub of the art toy industry, where negotiations, sampling, and production capacity matching can all be conducted on-site, significantly shortening the cycle from collaboration to delivery.
