(1)This week is Automate 2026, the largest robotics and automation show ever held in North America. There's so much interesting technology — technology for factories, technology that could potentially be used in homes, technology that could be used to make our lives better in many ways.

(3)I've got two sensors that are reading when I flex my muscles that allows me to open and close the hand. So when I grab something, I get a vibration that lets me know when I've got to go to hold of something. Previous prosthetics, they always, again, felt like an extension. It felt like kind of poking at the world with a stick. Having something where I actually get a finer sense of touch allows me to feel like it's a part of me. And so just incorporating it into my day-to-day life and doing things in a more natural way.

(5)Automate runs through Thursday at McCormick Place. I'm sure there are a lot of these elements that are going to help a lot of people medically and otherwise. And beyond that, it's just fun to watch. Yeah, I was gonna say the dancing is entertaining, but to see them changing lives too, that's where it really hits. That all comes down to the programmer, I'm sure, right? Yeah, we've seen some fails, but this will be a success.
