The international buyer procurement event "Shop in Quzhou" (Special Session for Furniture & Home Goods, Outdoor Products, Hardware & Tools) concluded successfully at Wyndham Quzhou Hotel on June 4–5. Hosted by the Quzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade (QZCCPIT), co-organized by the Quzhou Chamber of International Commerce, Quzhou Cross-border E-commerce Public Service Center and the Four-Province Border E-commerce Product Selection Center, the event was fully undertaken by Yiwu Boyu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. Leveraging the dividends of Yiwu’s international trade reform and development, this event built a direct connection between overseas buyers and high-quality local manufacturers in Quzhou, injecting new momentum into the improvement and growth of regional foreign trade.

Relying on its well-established global network of international buyers, Yiwu Boyu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. took charge of the entire on-site operation, including overseas buyer invitation, itinerary arrangement, on-site conference services, interpretation support and buyer-supplier matching. The event featured a rich and well-structured agenda. On June 4, during the flagship procurement matching fair, Liu Xierong, President of the Quzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade, delivered a speech. He addressed common challenges faced by local enterprises including limited sales channels, high docking costs and difficulties in precise supplier-buyer matching, and encouraged both sides to forge long-term partnerships via this platform. Assafi, a representative buyer from Saudi Arabia, spoke highly of the quality of Quzhou's products and its robust supply chain, and expressed a strong desire for in-depth cooperation. Zhou Mei, Director of the Quzhou Cross-border E-commerce Public Service Center, gave a comprehensive introduction to Quzhou's three distinctive industrial clusters, presenting the city's complete industrial and supply chains as well as the strengths of its featured products to international buyers

The negotiation area was divided into three sections corresponding to furniture & home goods, outdoor products, and hardware & tools. This arrangement bridged information gaps and enabled one-on-one targeted communication between suppliers and buyers. Yiwu Boyu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. arranged professional interpreters and on-site staff to ensure smooth communication throughout the event. Overseas buyers also paid an on-site visit to the Four-Province Border E-commerce Product Selection Center, experiencing the unique appeal of Quzhou's featured products and the vitality of its industries firsthand. The initiative effectively helped shift the development model from enterprises going global to explore markets to buyers coming to source quality products locally.
6月5日,在前一天的现场对接洽谈基础上,国际采购商分组累计实地走访30余家次意向源头工厂,大幅提升合作落地概率。据初步统计,本次活动现场达成近10项意向合作,多家企业已进入样品确认和订单洽谈阶段,真正实现以展会促对接、以走访促落地、以意向促订单的目标。
On June 5, following the previous day's negotiations, international buyers visited more than 30 targeted manufacturing plants in groups, greatly boosting the likelihood of successful cooperation. According to preliminary statistics, nearly 10 intended cooperation deals were reached on site. A number of enterprises have moved on to sample confirmation and order discussions. The event fully achieved its goals: facilitating business connections via exhibitions, accelerating deal implementation through factory visits, and turning preliminary intentions into formal orders.
