氮气纯化器
本纯化器采用OW流程对氮气进行纯化，原料氮气进入纯化器后，经过O(催化氧化)流程，利用高温贵金属催化剂特性，可将氮气中的杂H2，CO，CH4等杂质转化为H2O，CO2，再经过W(常温吸附反应器)，可有效的吸附O2 , H2O, CO2等杂质，床层吸附饱和后，通入氢气进行再生。常温吸附反应器为一开一备设计，可实现连续工作。■ 工艺流程：催化剂脱除O2、H2、CO、THC； 吸附剂脱除O2、CO2、H2O。
This purifier employs the OW process for nitrogen purification. The feed nitrogen enters the purifier and first undergoes the O (Catalytic Oxidation) process. Utilizing the properties of a high-temperature noble metal catalyst, this process converts impurities such as H2, CO, and CH4 in the nitrogen into H2O and CO2. Subsequently, the gas passes through the W (Ambient Temperature Adsorption Reactor), which effectively removes impurities like O2, H2O, and CO2. Once the bed reaches adsorption saturation, it is regenerated by introducing hydrogen. The ambient temperature adsorption reactors are designed in one-operating, one-standby configuration, enabling continuous operation.

本纯化器采用WX流程对氢气进行纯化，原料氢气进入纯化器后，经过常温吸附流程可初步将H2O, O2，CO2，CO脱除至10ppb以下，床层吸附饱和后，进行再生，常温吸附反应器为一开一备设计，可实现连续工作。再经过高温吸附流程将氢气中的H2O，O2，CO，CO2，CH4，N2等杂质脱除至1ppb以下。■ 工艺流程：吸气脱除CO2、O2、N2、CO、THC、H2O； 吸附剂脱除O2、CO2、H2O。

This purifier adopts the OW process for oxygen purification. The feed oxygen enters the purifier, where impurities such as H2, CO, CH4, and NMHC in the oxygen are converted into H2O and CO2 by utilizing the characteristics of a high-temperature noble metal catalyst. These are then removed by a W (ambient-temperature adsorption reactor), which eliminates impurities such as H2O and CO2 from the feed gas. Once the bed reaches adsorption saturation, it undergoes heating for regeneration.
