岗位职责
Conduct and advance research on the design, and development of processes for olefin polymerization
Develop new process designs for that optimize manufacturing processes and explore new sustainable solutions
Apply chemcial engineering principles to develop innovative solutions for the scalable production of high performance polyolefin materials
Investigate and optimize polyolefin polymerization processes including the use of catalysts, reactors and processing equipment
Conduct process simulation, scale up studies, and cost analysis to transition from laboratory to pilot plant and ultimately full scale production
Utilize statistical methods for experimental design and analysis of results for data driven decision making
岗位要求
M.S. or PhD in Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field
Excellent problem solving,analytical, and communication skills required
Excellent experimental design and data analysis interpretation capabilities
Good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading and writing English technical materials
Good communication and teamwork skills
