刚刚结束的上海石化展上，柯恒搅拌器不仅收获了无数关注，更迎来了两位远道而来的客户——来自俄罗斯和马来西亚的合作伙伴。他们在展会上与我们一见如故，展会结束后专程到访工厂，展开了更深层次的技术交流与合作探讨。At the recently concluded Shanghai Petrochemical Exhibition, Keheng Mixer not only gained widespread attention but also welcomed two customers from afar — partners from Russia and Malaysia. They connected with us instantly at the exhibition and made special trips to our factory afterward for deeper technical exchanges and cooperation discussions.

在展会现场，一位俄罗斯客户在柯恒展台前驻足良久。At the exhibition, a Russian customer stopped at the Keheng booth for a long time.
我们展示的搅拌器动态动画和产品应用海报深深吸引了他，双方围绕技术细节、应用场景聊了整整一个多小时。在与公司负责人深入沟通后，他当场表示：“我一定要去你们的工厂看看。”Our dynamic mixer animation and product application posters deeply attracted him. The two sides talked for over an hour about technical details and application scenarios. After an in-depth conversation with our company's负责人, he immediately said: "I must visit your factory."
展会结束当天（周四），这位俄罗斯客户便随柯恒团队一同返回工厂，开启了半天的深度参观之旅。On the final day of the exhibition (Thursday), this Russian customer returned to the factory with the Keheng team, beginning a half-day deep tour.

回到办公室后，双方围绕客户当前正在进行的项目进行了详细沟通。Back in the office, the two sides communicated in detail about the customer's ongoing projects.
客户提出一个非常实际的需求：The customer raised a very practical need:
希望在现有侧式搅拌器基础上，加装电动转向装置，减少人工手动调整的负担，提升操作便捷性和安全性。To add an electric steering device to the existing side-entry mixer, reducing the burden of manual adjustment and improving operational convenience and safety.
柯恒技术团队现场回应了这一需求，并给出了初步可行的改造方案。客户表示非常满意，计划回国后尽快推动项目落地。The Keheng technical team responded to this need on the spot and provided a preliminary feasible modification plan. The customer was very satisfied and planned to push the project forward as soon as returning home.
参观交流持续约两个小时后，柯恒安排专车将客户安全送至上海，圆满结束了这次“展会后遗症”式的深度拜访。After about two hours of visit and exchange, Keheng arranged a dedicated car to safely send the customer to Shanghai, concluding this deep "post-exhibition" visit successfully.

2 ?? 马来西亚客户：近在咫尺的缘分，远在码头的需求
第二位客户来自马来西亚，同样是在展会上初次结识。The second customer came from Malaysia and was also first met at the exhibition.
有趣的是，这位客户在张家港有自己的公司，经常往返于马来西亚、张家港和台湾之间。当他得知柯恒工厂离他在张家港的住处非常近时，当即表示：“那我一定要去看看！”Interestingly, this customer has his own company in Zhangjiagang and frequently travels between Malaysia, Zhangjiagang, and Taiwan. When he learned that the Keheng factory was very close to his residence in Zhangjiagang, he immediately said: "Then I must go and take a look!"
于是，展会结束后不久，他便如约来到柯恒工厂。So, shortly after the exhibition ended, he came to the Keheng factory as promised.
参观印象
Impressions from the Visit
客户在参观过程中，对侧式搅拌器的维修区域印象尤为深刻。During the visit, the customer was particularly impressed by the side-entry mixer repair area.
他当场坦言：He admitted on the spot:
“我们在马来西亚的码头上，有一百多台不同规格的侧式搅拌器需要维修。这些设备目前存在泄漏问题，已经不符合当地的环保标准。”"At our dock in Malaysia, we have over 100 side-entry mixers of various specifications that need repair. These equipment currently have leakage problems and no longer meet local environmental standards."

值得一提的是，当得知柯恒计划今年9月前往马来西亚参展时，这位客户非常高兴，热情地表示：It is worth mentioning that when he learned that Keheng plans to exhibit in Malaysia this September, the customer was very happy and warmly said:
“到时候我来带你们游玩马来西亚！”"I will show you around Malaysia when you come!"
