岗位职责

Investigate the effects of additives, catalysts, and processing conditions on the performance of polyolefin materials
Design new formulations to enhance the processing or material properties of polyolefins
Utilize advanced characterization techniques of the polymer products using NMR, FTIR, chromatography, AFM, TEM, SEM microscopy amongst other techniques
Utilize statistical methods for experimental design and analysis of results for data driven decision making

岗位要求

PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related field. Strong background in polyolefins materials science or polymeric compounds is highly preferred
Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills required
Excellent experimental design and data analysis interpretation capabilities
good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading and writing English technical materials
Good communication and teamwork skills
