The high-strength alloy steel formwork system independently developed by the company adopts automotive anti-collision steel instead of conventional steel. Adopting cold roll forming technology, the formwork thickness is reduced to 1.5 mm. It achieves a 70% weight reduction while withstanding an impact pressure of 700 MPa. Integrating 11 patented technologies, this product costs only half of aluminum formwork and features a service turnover cycle of over 200 times.
