The fourth edition of Wine to Asia was officially opened today at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, reaffirming its position as one of the most important international wine and spirits exhibitions in Southern China.
本届展会共吸引来自30多个国家和地区的约400家参展商。开幕式期间，维罗纳展览集团代表、意大利驻华大使、深圳市代表，以及意大利对外贸易委员会代表分别致辞。外交使团成员、国际合作伙伴以及开放巴尔干葡萄酒愿景展展馆代表也共同出席了开幕仪式。
This year’s edition gathered around 400 exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions worldwide. During the official opening ceremony, speeches were delivered by representatives of Veronafiere, the Ambassador of Italy to China, representatives of the city of Shenzhen, as well as representatives of the Italian Trade Agency. Members of the diplomatic corps, international partners of the fair, and representatives of the Wine Vision by Open Balkan pavilion were also present at the ceremony.
开幕式期间，主办方特别强调了巴尔干葡萄酒，尤其是塞尔维亚葡萄酒，在中国市场影响力的不断提升。作为展会官方合作伙伴，开放巴尔干葡萄酒愿景展展馆已连续第三年亮相深圳国际葡萄酒及烈酒展览会。
During the opening ceremony, special emphasis was placed on the growing importance of Balkan wines — particularly wines from the Republic of Serbia — which are being presented for the third consecutive year through the Wine Vision by Open Balkan pavilion, an official partner of the fair.
主办方高度评价了开放巴尔干葡萄酒愿景展展馆持续参展的重要意义，认为其不仅持续向中国市场推广西巴尔干地区的葡萄酒与烈酒，也为国际葡萄酒产业合作和新市场的连接作出了积极贡献。
The organizers especially welcomed the continuity of the Wine Vision by Open Balkan participation, highlighting its role in promoting wines and distilleries from the Western Balkans on the Chinese market and strengthening international cooperation within the wine industry.

The President of Veronafiere emphasized in his address the importance of international cooperation and the increasing presence of emerging wine regions in the Asian market, with particular reference to partnerships developed with Balkan countries.

A special honor was the participation of Danijel Nikolić, Chief Representative of the Belt and Road Institute Belgrade – Xiamen Representative Office, who attended the central opening ceremony in his capacity as representative of the Republic of Serbia and host of the Wine Vision by Open Balkan pavilion, together with members of the diplomatic corps, organizers, and international partners of the fair.

Today, Wine Vision by Open Balkan represents one of the most significant regional platforms for the promotion of the Southeast European wine industry. Over the past four years, Wine Vision by Open Balkan has gathered more than 1,500 exhibitors, over 13,000 wine brands, and professionals from more than 50 countries worldwide, confirming its position as one of the leading wine events in the region.

Particularly important is the strategic cooperation with Italian partners and the Vinitaly fair, which has now continued successfully for four consecutive years. While Vinitaly presents one of the largest international pavilions each year in Belgrade, Wine Vision by Open Balkan continues to gain increasing visibility and importance both in Verona and Shenzhen.
