展会结束后,LinkedIn/WhatsApp/邮件这样跟,客户更容易回复
很多人参加完展会,都会遇到一个问题:
名片收了不少,
但真正能继续推进的客户,其实没几个。
很多时候,
不是产品问题,
而是展会结束后,
没有把后面的客户动作接起来。
一、展会回来后,先别急着发报价
很多业务员第一件事就是:
发目录、
发报价、
发公司介绍。
但客户可能根本没想起你是谁。
所以我一般会先把客户分类:
A类:已经聊到产品和项目
B类:有需求,还在比较
C类:先留联系方式,后续再跟
因为不同客户,
后面的跟进方式其实完全不一样。

二、展会客户,后面一般怎么跟?

基本会配合:
✔ LinkedIn
✔ WhatsApp
✔ 邮件
一起做后续推进。
因为很多客户,
不是展会现场就会成交。
真正重要的,
是展会结束之后:
客户还能不能持续想起你。

三、LinkedIn 跟进:先让客户重新记住你

很多客户展会上只聊了几分钟。
所以 LinkedIn 第一条消息,
重点不是推销,
而是先让客户重新想起你。
❌ 很多人一上来就发:
Hello, we are professional manufacturer from China...
客户一看,
就知道是模板群发。
我一般会这样写:
Hi David,
Nice meeting you at Canton Fair last week.
Really enjoyed our conversation about your warehouse project.
Glad to stay connected here.
这里面其实有几个重点:
✔ 提到展会
✔ 提到聊过的话题
✔ 不急着推产品
客户接受度会高很多。
等客户通过之后,
我一般不会马上发报价。
通常会隔1-2天,再简单跟一条:
Hi David,
As discussed at the booth, I just shared several product details and project photos by email.
I also selected a few models that may fit your market better.
Feel free to let me know your thoughts.
整个沟通会自然很多。

四、WhatsApp 跟进:不要一上来就发 Catalog

很多业务员加上 WhatsApp 后,
马上开始:
发 catalog、
发报价、
发公司介绍。
其实客户很容易直接不回。
所以第一条消息,
我一般会发得很简单:
Hi Jack,
This is Leo from Hall 9.2 ?
Nice meeting you at the exhibition last week.
As discussed, I’ll send over the product details we talked about.
重点不是推销,
而是先让客户知道:
✔ 你是谁
✔ 在哪里见过
✔ 聊过什么
后面如果客户暂时没回复,
我也不会只问:
“Any update?”
而是会结合展会现场聊过的话题继续推进。
比如:
Hi Jack,
I checked the products we discussed and selected two models that may fit your market better.
One focuses more on pricing,
and the other is more suitable for long-term projects.
Would you like me to send you a simple comparison?
这种回复,
客户继续聊下去的概率会高很多。

五、邮件跟进:标题很多人一开始就写错了

很多邮件没人打开,
问题其实不在内容。
而是在标题太像广告。
❌ 比如:
Our Company Introduction
Latest Product Catalog
Best Price From China
客户每天可能收到几十封类似邮件。
我一般会尽量写得更具体一点:
✔ Great meeting you at Canton Fair
✔ Following up on the project we discussed
✔ Product details for your warehouse application
✔ Nice talking with you at Hall 9.2
第一封邮件,
我一般不会堆太多内容。
而是围绕展会现场聊过的话题展开。
例如:
Hi David,
It was great meeting you at Canton Fair last week.
Really enjoyed our discussion about your warehouse lighting project and the requirements for your market.
As discussed at the booth, I’m sharing:
✔ Product catalog related to the models we discussed
✔ Technical specifications for your market
✔ A few recent project photos
✔ Estimated lead time and packaging details
I also highlighted several models that may fit your current application and pricing level better.
If needed, I can further recommend suitable configurations based on your installation environment.
Feel free to let me know:
– which models interest you most
– your estimated quantity
– or any certification requirements for your market

其实都不是展会当天成交的。

往往是展会结束之后:
谁还在持续出现,
谁还能继续推进客户。
