2026年4月26日至5月25日，魏克健个展「坚与韧」于佛山罗浮宫展藏馆正式面向公众开放。展出艺术家近年创作的八十余件作品，涵盖多个系列与主题，系统呈现其近年来的创作面貌。
From April 26 to May 25, 2026, Wei Kejian's solo exhibition "Firmness and Resilience" is officially open to the public at the Foshan Louvre Exhibition Hall. Featuring over eighty works created by the artist in recent years, spanning multiple series and themes, the exhibition systematically presents the landscape of his recent artistic practice.

魏克健的艺术观念里，绘画既不是情感的宣泄，也不是观念的传递，而是让事物以“标本的姿态”呈现自身。
画家的任务不是“表现”喜怒哀乐，也不是“解释”某种思想，而是像制作标本一样，将生命从流动的时间中截取下来，定格在画布上。
标本从不试图打动人，也不试图说服人。它只是沉默地、如实地呈现着自己本来的模样。然而，恰恰是这种沉默，让人感受到一种奇异的力量——那是生命曾经真实存在过的证据。
In Wei Kejian's artistic conception, painting is neither a catharsis of emotion nor a transmission of ideas, but rather a way for things to present themselves in the "posture of a specimen."
The artist's task is not to "express" joys and sorrows, nor to "explain" any particular idea, but to extract life from the flow of time—like making a specimen—and freeze it onto the canvas.
A specimen never attempts to move anyone, nor does it try to persuade anyone. It merely presents itself silently and faithfully, exactly as it is. Yet it is precisely this silence that allows a strange power to emerge—the evidence that life once truly dwelt here.

这样的作品虽然是静止的、沉默的，却保留了“生命曾经真实存在过的痕迹”。它既不活，也不死，每一次凝视，观者都能感受到那种曾经有生命停留的气息。这种标本般的克制与冷静，恰恰成就了绘画最本真的力量：让事物回归它本身，让存在自身说话。
Though static and silent, such works preserve the "trace of life that once truly existed." They are neither alive nor dead—with each act of looking, the viewer can sense that lingering breath of a life that once took residence. This specimen-like restraint and stillness is precisely what constitutes painting's most genuine power: to return things to themselves, to let existence speak on its own behalf.

Wei Kejian
1957年生于北京，职业艺术家，曾多次举办个人展览，作品被中国美术馆及私人藏家收藏。
Born in Beijing in 1957, Wei Kejian is a professional artist who has held numerous solo exhibitions. His works are housed in the collections of the National Art Museum of China as well as private collectors.
