On April 23, 2026, the second phase of the 139th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) officially kicked off in Guangzhou. Fulai New Materials unveiled a diverse portfolio of eco-friendly packaging products and its latest solutions at the event, showcasing the company’s technological achievements in the sustainable packaging sector and its international service capabilities, which drew numerous overseas buyers to stop by for in-depth exchanges.

As China’s largest, longest-running and most influential comprehensive international trade event, this edition of the Canton Fair has brought together buyers from over 200 countries and regions worldwide. With a total of 75,700 booths and more than 32,000 exhibiting enterprises, all relevant figures have hit an all-time high. Closely aligned with the trends of "plastic reduction", "carbon neutrality" and circular economy, Fulai New Materials highlighted its water-based coated paper series, covering mature product categories including paper cup stock, oil-proof paper, heat-sealable paper, and moisture-barrier paper. Meanwhile, the company launched its high-barrier water-based coated paper series to the international market for the first time, which delivers further enhanced waterproof, oil-proof and heat-sealing properties to meet the demands of high-end coffee and tea beverage application scenarios. In addition, the company showcased eco-friendly paper bag solutions applicable to scenarios such as fruit cold chain, daily necessities, bakery and light food, realizing full coverage from base materials to end applications.

At the exhibition site, visitors could intuitively experience the performance of the new-generation products in applications such as hot drink cups and takeaway food containers through physical samples.

值得关注的是，福莱新材水性涂层纸产品于4月20日成功通过德国标准化学会认证中心（DIN CERTCO）审核，荣获家庭堆肥认证证书。该认证覆盖单层纸杯、双层纸杯、纸餐盒、纸盘、纸盖等终端制品，并适用于白色、本色及竹浆原纸基材。产品严格遵循NF T51-800、AS 5810等国际家庭堆肥标准，在有害物质限制、生物降解率、崩解及生态毒性等关键指标上均符合要求。对于下游制品生产商而言，凭借福莱已获认证的材料，可大幅简化产品合规流程，缩短认证周期、降低费用，提高最终制品的认证通过率。

Notably, on April 20, Fulai New Materials’ water-based coated paper products successfully passed the audit of DIN CERTCO (the Certification Center of the German Institute for Standardization) and was awarded the home compostability certification. The certification covers end products including single-layer paper cups, double-layer paper cups, paper food containers, paper plates and paper lids, and is applicable to white, unbleached and bamboo pulp base materials.The products strictly comply with international home composting standards such as NF T51-800 and AS 5810, and meet the requirements on key indicators including restriction of hazardous substances, biodegradation rate, disintegration and ecotoxicity. For downstream product manufacturers, adopting the certified materials from Fulai New Materials can significantly streamline the product compliance process, shorten certification cycles, reduce relevant costs, and improve the certification pass rate of end products.
