“China'speed and market are amazing" – Overseas buyers find their best partners at the Canton Fair

第139届广交会期间，从服务机器人到智能穿戴，从新能源储能到智能家电，从电子设计到工业无人机，“先进制造”的主题下，新专区、新产品、新合作遍地开花。来自全球210多个国家和地区的超过21万名采购商穿梭于展馆之间，他们不仅寻找到了高质量的产品和可持续的解决方案，更在这里找到了彼此信赖、合作共赢的中国伙伴。

During the 139th Canton Fair, under the theme of "Advanced Manufacturing", new zones, new products and new cooperation flourished across the board – from service robots and smart wearables to new energy storage and smart home appliances, as well as electronic design and industrial drones. More than 210,000 purchasers from over 210 countries and regions around the world wandered through the exhibition halls. They not only sourced high-quality products and sustainable solutions, but also found trustworthy Chinese partners for win-win cooperation.

"China’s speed and China’s market are incredible!" Overseas buyers find their best partners at the Canton Fair. Stepping into the new energy exhibition area of the Canton Fair, rows upon rows of photovoltaic panels stretch out, energy storage systems are neatly arranged, and indicator lights on charging piles flicker continuously. Green energy seems to be surging in the air. Bismarck, a buyer from the Dominican Republic attending the Canton Fair for the first time, was particularly excited.

多米尼加采购商俾斯麦：中国的创新覆盖面非常广，令我感到十分惊喜，我由衷地喜爱。在展会上我看到中国展商们不断突破自我，持续创新，这一切都为人类的进步作出了重要贡献。

就在同一展区的另一角，一阵阵爽朗的笑声吸引了记者的注意。来自非洲尼日利亚的采购商托拉尼，正和几位中国新能源企业的参展商围坐在一起，聊得热火朝天。托拉尼告诉记者，在尼日利亚，很多医院以及政府机构，都早已用上了中国制造的新能源系统。它们不只是在白天发电，还能在夜晚、雨季、以及电网不稳定的地方，稳稳地为非洲人民亮起灯。

Bismarck, a buyer from the Dominican Republic: China’s innovation covers an extremely wide range of fields, which has pleasantly surprised me, and I truly admire it. At the fair, I have seen Chinese exhibitors continuously pushing their boundaries and pursuing innovation. All these efforts have made important contributions to human progress. At another corner of the same exhibition area, bursts of hearty laughter caught the attention of reporters. Torani, a buyer from Nigeria in Africa, was sitting together with several exhibitors from Chinese new energy enterprises, engaged in an animated conversation. Torani told reporters that many hospitals and government agencies in Nigeria have long been using new energy systems made in China. They not only generate electricity during the day but also reliably supply power for people in Africa at night, during the rainy season, and in areas with unstable power grids.

Torani, a buyer from Nigeria: This is my second time at the Canton Fair. My purpose here is to source high-quality solar systems. Fortunately, I found a new energy company I am familiar with, as many of their solar systems are already in use in Nigeria. They have installed numerous high-quality solar systems for our government departments, and the performance is excellent. On site, Torani signed a full set of new energy solutions with two Chinese enterprises – one specializing in new energy storage and the other in photovoltaic panels. These two small and medium-sized enterprises joined forces to go global, integrating their technologies to provide customers with comprehensive solutions. This win-win cooperation model has not only enabled new energy to take root in Africa but also impressed Kinga, a Polish buyer attending the Canton Fair for the first time.

Kinga, a Polish buyer, is communicating with Chinese new energy exhibitors.

Kinga, a Polish buyer: This is my first time attending the Canton Fair, yet I have already found Chinese new energy enterprises to cooperate with. They focus on module products using new technologies, with their annual sales volume growing and their technologies constantly advancing. They are really excellent. My partner wishes to cooperate with this new energy company, as we are confident that their quality is first-class and their after-sales service will be maintained at the highest level. In Europe, more and more people like Kinga are recognizing Chinese new energy products. Fabien PACORY, Executive Vice President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China, has 22 years of experience attending the Canton Fair. Once again this year, he led French purchasing enterprises to Guangzhou.

高质量发展，带来的是高质量的合作。广州开发区投资促进局的全球招商总监贺励平(Peter Helis)是一位在中国工作多年的德国友人，他也多次参加广交会，更亲眼见证了欧洲企业的转变。

Fabien PACORY, Executive Vice President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China: French companies have shown a keen interest in China’s innovative technologies, especially in the fields of clean energy, low-carbon technologies, and various IoT or smart devices – products related to what we refer to as "high-quality development". From what I understand, French buyers are particularly focused on these areas. High-quality development brings about high-quality cooperation. Peter Helis, Global Investment Promotion Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Guangzhou Development District, is a German friend who has worked in China for many years. He has also participated in the Canton Fair on multiple occasions and personally witnessed the transformation of European enterprises.

Peter Helis, Global Investment Promotion Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Guangzhou Development District: Today, European companies are asking whether supply chains are stable and whether we can conduct joint research and development with China... China’s speed and China’s market are truly amazing. What European companies want are partners they can trust for the long term. A long-term trusted partnership is a promising and growing relationship that brings unlimited opportunities to each other. The signing of numerous cooperation intentions at this Canton Fair is a testament to such a relationship.

Ali, a buyer from Algeria (center), is negotiating with Chinese enterprises together with his colleagues.

阿尔及利亚采购商阿里：现在很多中国电子公司都在做电子设计，这样的公司对我们阿尔及利亚来说非常重要，因为以前我们阿尔及利亚从未与中国公司开展电子设计业务。因此，在这次广交会上，我们找到了中国合作伙伴，计划一起进行合作生产，并出口到欧洲和非洲。放眼整个世界，中国是我们未来在非洲及其他地区开展业务的最佳伙伴。从贸易，到联合设计、合作生产、共同出口第三方市场……这是一种深度绑定、充满希望的合作模式。乌兹别克斯坦采购商舒克对此深有体会，其所在的公司是中亚知名的电子工厂，他也在广交会上签下了合作协议。

Ali, a buyer from Algeria: Many Chinese electronics companies are now engaged in electronic design, and such companies are very important to Algeria because we have never conducted electronic design business with Chinese companies before. Therefore, at this Canton Fair, we have found Chinese partners and plan to carry out cooperative production together, with products exported to Europe and Africa. Across the world, China is our best partner for future business in Africa and beyond. From trade to joint design, cooperative production and joint export to third-party markets... this is a deeply integrated and promising cooperation model. Shukhrat, a buyer from Uzbekistan, knows this well. His company is a well-known electronics factory in Central Asia, and he also signed a cooperation agreement at the Canton Fair.

乌兹别克斯坦采购商舒克：我们公司在中亚是第一名的电子工厂，我们做各种各样的家电，比如说空调、电视机，我所在的也是专门采购电视机的工厂，这次来广州寻找新的机会。刚刚我们和中国的一个供应商达成了协议，我们很开心。

这份开心，也洋溢在很多境外采购商的脸上。在中国，在广交会，境外采购商们找到了高质量的产品，找到了可持续的解决方案，更找到了自身发展的方向。来自也门的采购商哈姆扎告诉记者，在他的祖国，战乱导致的能源短缺让日常生活变得颇为艰难。但他并未放弃这次机会，跨越万里，经历多次航班取消以及漫长等待，终于来到了广交会的现场。

Shukhrat, a buyer from Uzbekistan: Our company is the top electronics factory in Central Asia. We produce a wide range of home appliances, such as air conditioners and televisions. I work for a factory that specializes in purchasing TV sets, and I came to Guangzhou this time to seek new opportunities. We have just reached an agreement with a Chinese supplier, and we are very happy. This sense of joy can also be seen on the faces of many overseas buyers. In China, at the Canton Fair, overseas buyers have found high-quality products, sustainable solutions, and even a direction for their own development. Hamza, a buyer from Yemen, told reporters that in his homeland, energy shortages caused by war have made daily life quite difficult. But he did not give up this opportunity. Traveling thousands of miles, enduring repeated flight cancellations and long waits, he finally made it to the Canton Fair.

也门采购商哈姆扎：由于中东地区的战乱，我们现在面临能源短缺的问题，所以我们也门已转向使用绿色能源。因此我们对光伏板的需求很大。我建议我所有新能源领域的朋友们，如果想获取新能源的新技术和新方案，都应该参加广交会——无论是2026年下半年的还是2027年的展会。因为中国的新能源是保持环境可持续发展的持久动力。

Hamza, a buyer from Yemen: Due to the conflicts in the Middle East, we are facing an energy shortage, so Yemen has shifted to using green energy. That is why we have a huge demand for photovoltaic panels. I suggest all my friends in the new energy sector that if they want to acquire new technologies and solutions for new energy, they should attend the Canton Fair — whether the session in the second half of 2026 or the one in 2027. Because China’s new energy industry provides a lasting driving force for environmentally sustainable development.
